Helzberg Diamonds

I have been in this location 3 times. The first was about a 4 star experience. I needed mine and my wife’s engagement rings buffed and cleaned. We could not do it because of the 7 day turn around but the woman who helped me was very nice and gave them a quick clean anyway and did not seem to mind that the rings were not purchased there.
When I stopped by after the wedding to get the rings buffed and soldered to the wedding bands, I got attitude when I said that we did not get the rings there. But I had heard good reviews of their services so I put up with it.
When I returned to pick up the rings, both pairs were soldered with the inscriptions facing opposite directions! And one set was not even lined up! And instead of looking clean and sparkly, the diamonds looked dull. And again staff was not very friendly. ⁰⁄₁₀ recommend, will not be returning.

Great staff and jewelry selection. Feels more like a family run store than a chain. I can’t really say enough nice things about this location of Helzberg Diamonds.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with the Joliet store. The manager, Leta, What a doll! When there was an issue with my ring (not their fault) She went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied and the ring was perfect. Even better than before. I will definitely be returning… With friends! Thank you Leta, I sincerely appreciate all you did!

What an incredible store! I recently shopped around for a gift for my boyfriends birthday. After shopping all the mall jewelry stores I was disgusted by the lack of selection in some stores, and the lack of customer service in other stores. Although I was not planning to spend a small fortune, I was trying to purchase a nice watch. I had all but decided to give up when I remembered Helzberg outside of the mall. Upon walking in, I was greeted with friendly faces and no pressure. The manager and associate both treated me as if I was a customer spending thousands. They took the time with me (always have trouble deciding), and never made me feel like I was rushed or even that I had to purchase anything! In fact, it was probably the last stressful purchase I have ever made! Kudos to Helzberg, keep up the great customer service and awesome selection of quality jewelry!
