Jamba Juice

I absolutely love Jamba Juice but this is the worst one I’ve been to, the service there isn’t very helpful. They don’t even try to act like they care and when they don’t make you the full smoothie bowl and you ask for more since you’re paying for it they give you attitude and give you annoyed faces. I’d rather travel farther to go to a better location.

Rude management. I came in with a dollar off coupon and the manager scoffed and sighed and acted like she was doing me a favor for accepting the coupon. Nowhere on it did it say «select locations only» and it was good for the next 7 months. I pointed this out to her, and she rudely said, «Well we don’t take them because there’s no button on the register for it (as if that were my problem), and she told me not to bring a coupon like that back again… and all of this over a dollar! I don’t think I’ll be bringing myself back again.

Lately the service has been slipping. Nobody says hello, they just wait for you to tell them your order, don’t ask if you’re a loyalty rewards member, make your drink, hand it to you and that’s that… I feel like this service is unforgivable because it’s a slow weekday, they had every opportunity to deliver on excellent service, but passed up the chance.
Another point I want to touch on. When I pay what I do for a drink here, I want my cup filled, not mostly filled. Lately, my cup is never completely filled. I want to ask for the other 25% of my order that’s still in the blender … hopefully this isn’t a starting trend at all the Jamba Juice properties.
I’m either going to have to limit my Jamba visits or find a new location.
I’ll keep my review at 3 stars, because I still enjoy the taste of the drinks.

They taste great but if you go online you might be surprised at the high sugar content of their drinks. I go here when I am in a hurry but not a lot because that sugar adds up because the don’t always use actual fruit but juice sometimes.

I am a major Jamba Juice fan and I am so thrilled that they have opened one in this area. The staff here are always friendly and the smoothies are truly unbeatable. I’ll definitely be going to this location frequently!
