MI-BOX Mobile Self Storage & Moving

I was in a pinch on storage, as my Plan A fell through in the 11^th hour. I reached out to MI-​Box and they were johnny-​on-​the-​spot, offering me several options and making sure I was going with the best one for me. I’ve had a great experience with them, needing to access my stuff a couple of times and it’s never been a hassle. Highly recommend them and it’s amazing that they’ll even deliver the box right to you (although I haven’t had to use that yet).

Just had a MI-​Box delivered and can’t say enough about how easy it was. Great customer service by Andy and the driver was awesome. Smooth experience and way better price than the competitors. Would definitely recommend!

Mi-​Box was THE BEST solution when we moved from our home in Oak Lawn! We were waiting for the completion of our new construction home in Oswego but had about 7 months to wait it out. After shopping around we decided to go with Mi-​Box, not only for their prices but also because of the customer service that we received when asking for a quote. Andrew Broomhead’s (Operations Manager) email response was instantaneous, which was especially impressive because it was almost midnight! Their prices are more than fair and they have a multitude of box sizes and moving essentials at your disposal, all of which we seemed to take advantage of.
Mi-​Box was very accommodating when it came to delivering and picking up their storage boxes during the move. Furthermore, access to the storage boxes while in storage was easy, as we came to discover when we needed to retrieve some tax information from one of the 4 boxes that we had stored in their Joliet facility. They were also extremely helpful when it came to finding a crew to help us unload the boxes for the move into the new place.
If you’re looking for a storage company that thrives on customer service and is both email and phone friendly stop here! I hope we never move again, but if we have to my first phone call is to Mi-​Box.
