After months of playing phone tag with the management of this place I have to say that my sofa was still never replaced or washed. I did get in contact with them after my first post, at which time they agreed to pay for the cleaning, and if it didn’t help get the mold off, they would then replace the couch. After that conversation I have been unable to speak with them again to set up the arrangements. This place is awful.
