It would be more accurate if they called this place physicians gradual care, because they care for their patients gradually over the course of three hours. I had to wait so long for service that my rash almost healed itself. This is not the best urgent care in Joliet. Meridian medical associates is.

I’m updating my original review based on a response from their patient care services. They contacted me via email then we spoke on the phone. She sounded genuinely concerned and we discussed what they will be doing to minimize the wait time (for drug screening) and what we can do on our part (from a company standpoint) to help alleviate the masses at the beginning of the month. I’ve spoke with our admin staff and they will let corporate know the plan.
They did not get full pull yet until we see what happens in the up coming months when the randoms come up.
