Horrible! I took service with them last fall. I purchased my phone through the store. Practically eight weeks ago my phone started going to 3G, one X, no service. I went to the store and was told that it was a Sim card. The representative stated that if the Sim card did not work then we would have to do a factory reset. The Sim card did not work and then we did the factory reset. Phone constantly showed 3G, one X, no service. He stated that it had to be the phone. Told me to go to the Apple store in Naperville so I could get my device faster. Will waiting for him to finish up with my phone I was looking at the displays at the store. All the phones are set up on wireless. As I was looking through the different phones I took the phone off wireless to enable it to 4G lite. The store has posters plastered all over the walls stating about 4G. As I’m looking at the phones and take them off wireless is there set up the phones are coming up with a 3 G signal. I guess the representative about this he stated yet the signals not very good here. It will come up 3G. I guess I’m a little upset because I felt like I was misrepresentative whenever I originally purchased the phone. when you’re in the store make sure it says 4G light. Go to the phone displays turn off wireless in turn on cellular. When I tested a few of the phones and I turned off the wireless and put on the cellular it came up 3G for me. Sprint advertises 4G service but at the store for me everything came up 3G. The service in the area in my opinion is horrible.

I have been a sprint customer for years(8), and there never has been anything for existing customers. But the other day i came into the store(and i have no insurance on my phone) to ask if there was something wrong with my device. The tech Phil takes, checks phone and he rattles off this plan that sprint has. Iphone4life samsung4 life, and i saidI’m an existing customer, he said so. You qualify called the store manager to help and i walked out with 2 new s5’s. I was wowed by he being a tech having that knowledge to sell us these plans! Ik he works there, but he’s not a sales person! Thank you Phil!
