This windsor is located in a mall that is 10 mins away from my house, however as much as i love windsor, I made a vow to walk right past it to spare myself another disrespectful and degrading experience. The sales clerks who work here are bold when it comes to racial profiling customers. As soon as they saw my mother and I’s African American faces they were on walkie talkies saying «walk the floor». This is the closest Windsor to our house so we’ve had several other experiences. Multiple times in which we were followed around and questioned. The most disgusting part about this is that the clerks who were the most obvious with it were African American women themselves. You’d think they’d know how degrading an experience like this is. We’ve never called them out on their behavior instead we’ve decided to spend our money and time else where Thank YOU!
