Came in for coffee on road trip. The area looked a little rough, but we went in with our 3 kids Monday 8pm. Man behind counter very nice, coffee hot, donuts great, and restrooms clean. Pleasantly surprised!

We went there to get coffee at 1:30 in the morning after Tomorrowworld 2015, and when we «waited too long at the window after ordering» the Employee working the window yelled at us to get out of the way and we were wasting his time instead of just asking us to move. Incredibly rude. Oh, and he got our order wrong.

So I have only stopped here for breakfast around 6:45 am. I’ve ordered food and donuts both are average. The menu food does take a while when you order it, about an extra 4−5mins. The coffee I order is always on point! The staff is friendly and have a lot of regulars. If I do have a bad experience I will be sure to share it with my Unilocalers.

If I could give them negative 500 stars I would. No exaggeration. Where to even start? Well I will never come back to this location. Every single time I come here something ridiculous happens. Whether it be a straw wrapper in my food, a rude employee, a long wait for only two people there, OR to pull forward and park when you’re in the drive thru alone. Get your shit together for Christ sake!!! now I decided to write a review due to my experience yesterday and because of all other horrible experiences. Yesterday, I went through the drive through at about 10:25 and there’s only 2 cars in line including myself. I repeat my order 3 times before the woman correctly repeats it back to me, and pull forward to pay, 5 minutes later I get to the window, pay, and am told to park and they’ll bring it to me(mind you, if you are the only one going through drive through they’ll ALWAYS tell you to pull forward even if there’s no one behind you, are you kidding me? You’re wasting both of our time! I might as well of come in) so I do so. I wait another 5 minutes till the lady comes out confused with two bags in her hand and none of it is correct. She tells me to hold on and she’ll bring me the correct order in a minute. I wait another 4 minutes. How long does it take to get a bacon egg and cheese croissant people? This location needs to close down and get their shot together before they lose any more customers with their terrible logic and customer service skills. 14 minutes for a sandwich? I could run the place better, alone.

Very busy and slow at times. Since this place is on Tara Blvd aka Hwy 19⁄41 and just before you hit I-75 it can get hectic in the mornings. The best coffee served extremely hot-so don’t even think about suing, they have warning stickers all over the cups. FREE wifi! The donuts are always fresh and the coffee is not bitter. Combine this coffee with a box of Krispy Kreme and I am in total heaven. :-)

Pretty standard Dunkin Donuts, although I will say the staff were hilarious, with their smiles, jokes and entertaining conversation, even at 6:30 am. The staff were also really helpful in making a muffin selection. Yes, I know, a muffin decision isn’t exactly tough, but it’s always nice to get an opinion! Located at the corner of Tara Blvd and Mt. zion, you can’t miss this place but even if you do, just do a U-turn at Mt. zion and you’re back in business.
