Dunkin’ Donuts

The service is great, and the donuts are always fresh in the morning unlike some of the other locations that love selling stale dry donuts in the morning

This Dunkin’ Donuts location is my go-​to place when it comes to getting out of the house/​hotel and going to an environment that I can just veg out and relax. Although my prior veg out place was at the Barnes & Noble Starbucks off of Mount Zion Parkway, this Dunkin’ Donuts has never disappointed.
Clean environment, good products (thank you, Turboshot expresso), and good Wifi, you really can’t beat this place. Making the left turn in getting to this location can be somewhat tricky if you aren’t paying attention (you have CVS pharmacy traffic), yet its cool. And there is always plenty of parking. Highly recommend parking on the right side of the parking lot adjacent to the trees in order to get the shade.

Pretty decent cup of coffee, and above average customer service. I got the sugar/​free coconut flavored brew. Good deal for the money.

Keep your receipts from any Dunkin Donuts, and use the customer survey to convey your experiences at any location. I’m not sure they read online reviews, but they ALL read their «Dunkin» reviews. They even encourage you to do so, of course with a free donut as a little push.

We go here often, so I’m not sure what was going on with the other reviews. I will say that I never go to a doughnut place at 11pm and expect to find doughnuts because… never mind…
They just redid the interior and exterior which is cool since this is our neighborhood Dunkies.
The service for us has always been prompt, courteous and professional. The food well prepared and satisfying. I’m a huge fan of their coffee including the new dark roast.
They are always packed on weekend mornings with families and people headed off to work.

I was at the drive through and I guess the machine didn’t work. I stayed there for a while waiting for someone to greet me and they never did. There was no sign or anything stating the drive through wasn’t working. So I pulled up to the window. FOUR team members walked up to the window, looked at me, and walked away. Terrible service!!! Never coming here again! They should be ashamed!

Wouldn’t give us an extra paper cup without charging us for it. Hello, a little love for the customer? Also made the iced coffee by throwing a bunch of ice into the hot coffee.

Don’t come around 11pm. That’s when they throw away all the donuts and have nothing! :(
The above was going to be my tip but Unilocal saved it as my review. I got there and well its about 10 miles away from where I am living — but geez people I just got here from Chicago where we had about 8 DD’s on every block!
Anyway, they gave me my extra large Dunkinchino and it was a quarter empty so I asked them to refill up to the top! Listen, even if I’m not driving the whole 10 f’ing miles… if I order an XL Dunkinchino — I want a damn FULL XL Dunkinchino!
They had no donuts for my fix. Unfortunetly, I believe I will have to be a regular here. I guess I will just have to start figuring out when the best times to go are. We’ll see.
