I eat at Krystal’s once since I have been in Georgia. I completely hated the burgers. When I got my order, I noticed that my bread was soggy, with some kind of white sauce. I took it back in and asked for another. Again this too had the sauce and realized that is how they make burgers. Now I know plenty of people who swear by their food; however it must be a Southern thang… most of my West Coast friends also say they do not like it…

I’ve always loved Krystal burgers. Finding a restaurant with competent employees is a real challenge, however. This particular restaurant is no exception. I was the only customer in the restaurant at 10:45am, standing at the counter while the girl behind the counter texted on her phone with her back to me. After several minutes, I walked out. The manager (identified by her uniform) was busy visiting someone in a van in the parking lot. Pitiful.
