When your food arrives before your utensils or drink you know you have issues. Coldest mashed potato’s I have ever had you know its bad when you tell the manager to stick their finger in them. I would suggest eating anywhere else but this place be warned

Yes… This review is about the Lovejoy, GA location. I was pleasantly surprised after having several lackluster experiences in the past. Didn’t feel like cooking this Sunday, but wanted a hot meal & a hardy salad. Decided to give Ruby Tuesday one last try… Am I glad I did! Placed a to-go order via phone(Double Decker Chicken w/Salad Bar & baked potatoe). Salad bar items were frosty cold & bountiful(love the fresh baked, crispy pumpernickel croutons). Plating of the entrée was beautiful(even in a to-go box). The twin chicken breasts were juicy, well seasoned & cooked to perfection. The complementing Portobello mushrooms, parmesan sauce, crispy bacon and shaved Asiago cheese were perfection. I had the opportunity to interact with both bartender & Kitchen Manager(MOD). They were both pleasant & efficient(even allowing an out of the ordinary request… to keep a guest happy ). As a former District Manager in the restaurant biz,(and a frequent diner… lol) I hope this experience is ‘the new normal’ for this location. Big Kudos to the Kitchen Manager(MOD) & his Team! Way to exceed expectations!

The hostess was horrible! She was simply lazy and rude. She actually said«Oh my god! Is it 3:45 yet!» We left before we even sat down. Just crappy service as soon as we walked in.

This chain seemingly stresses their salad bar. Many of the things I wanted in my salad were missing. When I pointed this out to the waitress she said it would be addressed. I did see people refilling what I had missed. But on a second trip up, again empty. Clearly they put skimpy refills high on their list. Being I was there late afternoon this made no sense. When paying I again pointed out my disappointment to my waitress. She suggested hope that my next visit would be better. I said«next visit». Yea right. I can only hope this place closes and something better moves in. Oh. And Unilocal needs to allow for zero stars. Just sayin…

They’ve come a long way when it comes to their customer service. That’s why I’m giving it two stars because of improvement in their customer service. I ordered the sirloin steak to go and it was horrible. The steak was full of fat and gristle. I’ve never had a steak that bad before. I was wondering if maybe it was old. I didn’t even bother to call the manager and complain. I’ll just take the loss and never order a steak from there again. And I probably just might not return. I could have easily gone to the grocery store and cooked my own steak and would have been 100% better. I’m very disappointed.

Slow moving staff and long waits. Each time we go, we say we’re not going back but seem to forget how bad it is. Nobody seems to be in any kind of hurry. They were not busy at all yet it took forever to get our order, get served and worst of all, the biscuits were not done.

This Ruby Tuesdays location never fails to disappoint me. I hate the service here and it always takes almost an hour to get food dining in or ordering ToGo. Today’s adventure I decided to attempt to place a ToGo order. The phone was answered quickly and I asked to place a ToGo order. I was then placed on hold. I started to tell my boyfriend I’m getting tired of waiting just as someone picked up heard me and then placed me back on hold. I hung up not soon after. I have no clue why this location is still up and running. I have always had undercooked food, slow service and rude management. If no star was a possibility that would have be my first choice. Save your money and aggravation and go somewhere else.

Worst experience ever! Every person working in this establishment appeared to be intoxicated or high on something. Seriously! It’s sad that this nice restaurant is employed by low class and unprofessional people! The cooks were having extremely loud and inappropriate conversations and using vulgar language. To be a local here; we need and want a nice place to bring outs families and have a nice dinner. Clearly, this place is the complete opposite. I rather go to McDonalds than give my money to this crappy ass business. Maybe the hiring manager should up the requirements to work here. Have great customer service skills, able to speak clear and correct English. Something has gone wrong when your kitchen staff is screaming«Aye Bruh», we have failed ourselves somewhere. This has upset me extremely, mainly because I work in the food service!

Worst food I ever saw in a long time. I ordered baby rib and chicken fingers. Worse than microwave food. I don’t leave my food behind but they were too discusting to finish. I should have trusted other reviews. I don’t leave many reviews but this one deserves one and i hope it helps.

3 words: yuck… gross…gag Bad service, horrible food, and I got sick later that night. Never again. The watermelon fizz drink was Delish. Everything was disgusting from the mushy shrimp in the shrimp dip which tasted like mushy potatoes, to the dirty dishes and table to the waitress with an attitude! Never again

We were seated … handed menus … and then 20 minutes later we had not been acknowledged by any of the wait staff. Tables all around us appeared to have received food and beverages. But, apparently, no one was responsible for our table. One of the wait staff was more interested in continuously circling the salad bar and picking up things to nibble on(using his bare hands). At fifteen minutes, we began watching the clock and at twenty minutes we walked up to the hostess, who was in plain sight the entire time, and told her that we had obviously been seated in a «closed section» of the restaurant … since we had not been approached by any wait staff. Her reply summed it all up … «really?». There was no surprised look. There was no apology offered. There was just absolutely no concern at all about the situation. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this establishment.
