UPDATE: I spoke to the manager at Leo’s and she was rather upset to learn of the situation. She did offer to return the full tip amount to me, which I appreciated. She also assured me that the employee that had stolen from me had been terminated for other issues. Warning*** this is a cautionary tale. Whatever you do, don’t use your credit card at Leo’s. They WILL steal from you. My mother was visiting U.S. In Jonesboro for the first time and we wanted to show her downtown. We walked down Main Street and were beckoned by a woman to check out Leo’s — apparently it has recently opened in the old Bennigan’s space. The band sounded decent, so we decided to have a drink at the bar. The place was busy and the service was slow, but it wasn’t unpleasant. We ordered one $ 5 whiskey special, one Guinness, and a diet coke. Our total bill was $ 13.17. We paid with a credit card and left a $ 3.00 tip. Imagine my surprise when two days later I get a notification from my credit card company that whomever ran the card had changed the tip amount to $ 8.50! They stole $ 5.50 cents from us and expected us not to notice??? Disgusting! I have tried and tried since Friday to contact them to get a manager to explain why they stole from us and to demand the return of the stolen money, but I can’t get a valid phone number. I will have to waste my time to drive down there and confront them in person. Whomever doctored that charge slip should be fired and Leo’s needs to be held accountable for the theft. I am shocked and disappointed that this happened. Whatever you do, don’t go there — they steal from their customers.

If they can’t take care of their employees what makes you think they will care about their guests? To echo Quincy’s review, apparently they steal from their employees AND their guests. My brother worked here and they are refusing to pay him(and other former employees) for hours they worked. Give your business and your money to a more ethical business and avoid Leo’s at all costs.

Disappointing experience to say the least. Our drink orders took approximately 15 minutes, which, in my opinion, is totally unacceptable. Next, our«salads» we’re mere iceberg lettuce drenched in faux sauce to mask the bitterness. Three out of five of our dinner orders were incorrect and just terrible in general. The only positive out of this experience was the waitstaff. Very friendly and helpful. Won’t be back though.

It was my first time eating here. You can’t go wrong with a burger and fries, it was delicious. However my friend didn’t like the cordon bleu dish, I didn’t try it but she wasn’t impressed. The waiter seemed new, he was forgetting things here and there for some people in our group. We each had to ask the waiter separately to bring our checks. The hostess was very nice and checked up on us from time to time. Another time I visited for drinks, the beer on tap was served in a good sized cup, however the martini’s weren’t filled enough. The martini was tasty, but I think the guy that was making it was new. The dessert was delicious and it was prepared fairly quick.
