Every one of these I have ever been in have great customer service and it’s clean. I mean u could eat off the floor clean. That’s reassuring for me.
Their backdraft sauce is delicious! Can’t have a sandwich without it. Everything I tried is tasty, fresh. And moderately priced (more than subway but not too high) Always a good option for a sub sandwich.

I am glad that we have Firehouse in town. So far only thing wrong I see is it takes little longer to get sandwich then other stores but on positive note all there employees and very friendly. Since they open I hardly go to Panera, Mcalester & Schlotzsky’s. There bread and meat is way better there competition

First tried it a few days ago. Got the Brisket and Cheddar on white and the meatball. The meatball was rather bland and boring. Lacked a lot of flavor. The brisket, however, was to die for. Absolutely wonderful! Love the atmosphere, staff was friendly, and it wasn’t that crowded. Everything was so good we went back tonight and will be back again for sure.

I am actually quite pleased. The sandwich meats are prepared well and have great flavor to them. Breads were probabily the most fresh seeming (crisp outside and and soft inside) of all the local sub stores. The staff were all quite pleasant polite and seemed happy to be there.
Atmosphere is a good one even as the place is crowding up some. I will definitely be back here.

The food here is delicious, and the service is fast, but the portions are small for what you pay. You will pay nearly $ 9 for a medium sub, chips and a medium drink. The sub is smaller than a six inch sub at Subway and the bag of chips is full of mostly air. But the quality of meat is good. I had the New York Steamer. The sauce was delicious. But I wasn’t full when I left. Be prepared to spend about $ 20 for two combos.

Fast, very friendly and EXCELLENT taste & quality food. I was surprised just how good it was. You get a pickle, chips and drink with your $ 8.99 combo and I had to take ½ my sandwich home because there was so much. YUM!
