Waited in the drivethru for about 12 minutes. I finally make it to the ordering station and am asked to give my order. After doing so, silence while 4 other cars go through the other order station and about 5 – 7 minutes pass. Thinking maybe I didn’t hear the order taker tell me to pull around, I went ahead and did so. I then explained the situation to the gal at the window who informs me they’re doing lunch now. I kindling informed her I had been waiting for several minutes and it’s just now a minute or so after 1030 she tells me to pull to the second window and they’ll take care of me. After waiting a few more minutes I end up at the second window. The manager came and asked me what I wanted for lunch. I explained I’ve been waiting a really long time, I was here during breakfast hours and that’s what I wanted. 30 minutes later what do I end up with? 30 minutes of my life gone and no food. I always try to give restaurants, especially fast food, the benefit of the doubt as they’re always busy. There’s no excuse for this situation.

my wife and I went to this McDonald’s on our way to the airport. we were so grossed out by what we were served that we went back to the store and demanded a full refund. trying to live a healthier lifestyle we ordered side salads in place of fries. not only were the salads past there exp. date the food also began growing mold. the manager on duty was giving me an attitude until a fellow customer stepped in and voiced his discussed with my food. don’t go there
