Very disappointed in this Taco Bell store this trip. I’ve eaten off of the dollar menu since it was offered. Never have I had portions this small. Even off of this menu option, I always had tasty and satisfying food. But I’m sorry, a tortilla wrapped loosely around 1 tbsp of meat and 3 Fritos(I counted them) does Not a burrito make. Then to be told by the totally unapologetic shift manager that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Wonderful customer service… SMDHIW. Guess I won’t be visiting this store again anytime soon.

The turnover of employees at the Taco Bell seems high, which may be why the quality of the food and the service varies so much. Usually it’s okay, but often it’s a frustrating experience of mixed-up orders and slow service. There are actually two Taco Bells nearby, this one in Joplin on Range Line Road, and another about five minutes away in Webb City, also on Range Line Road. We tend to think of the Webb City Taco Bell as the ‘good’ one, the one that doesn’t forget to include the food you ordered and paid for, the one that doesn’t forget to leave off ingredients you didn’t order. On the days when I do order from this ‘bad’ Taco Bell, and I get home with a mixed-up order or a strangely made burrito, someone will ask me, «Which Taco Bell did you get this from, Joplin or Webb City?» When I answer«Joplin,» people nod their heads in understanding and pity, and then we debate whether to go back for the forgotten nachos.

My tray was dirty and the onions in the bean burrito was unchewable. The cashier rang up the order wrong and that caused confusion in the back. Thank you keith w. We will not be back.
