The donuts are alright and if it were just about those id probably return. However, the ladies here are always so unhappy looking and absolutely rude. You ask for a few donuts and they stare at you like you had ruined their day. On occasion I have had them stare at me literally for a few minutes with a horrible stare after I had placed an order. I just can’t get past the awful customer service. I understand that mornings suck and you don’t have to be rainbows and butterflies but you do need to carry your business with a sense of common decency.

The fritter was a bit smaller than expected, especially for a Texas fritter. But the taste was spot on; it was well glazed and had a hint of cinnamon. The thickness was proper, not overly fried or greasy. All and all I’d say this fritter is a solid 4, I’d stop by in the future. Not only for its quality but also the size, it isn’t a fritter pie like most places. Maybe it is the owner’s style or the California style of huge fritters vs. Texas fritters. Well… not everything is bigger in Texas

I have a client down in Cleburne and pass by this little donut shop every morning. One morning I decided to grab some donuts to share with my client and saw a line of cars around this drive thru so obviously it must be some darn good donuts… These have got to be, hands down, some of the best donuts I’ve ever had! I bought 2 dozen donuts, 1 box of combination and 1 box with half glazed/half chocolate, for about $ 11. The dough on these bad boys are delicious. The toppings are yummy and overall, the donut was delicious, yet not overly sweet. I kept a donut on the side of desk to eat later in the day(a good 5 hours later) and the dough was still soft. Most other donuts get kind of hard or crusty… not the case here! I will definitely be making this a regular pit stop when I’m traveling through Joshua.
