Just checking older reviews on Unilocal and I noticed that after I stated a factual situation that occurred in working with Oxbo, — there was an attempt from them to distort what happened on their response on Unilocal.They never attempted to rectify anything — they took zero responsibility for the damage they caused and offered zero options to lower the bill to compensate for the damage. Other people we’ve discussed this in the Fox Lake area have told us that they have had similar poor experiences with this person at this company and have found other places to work with as a result. As a small business owner they should know how to properly treat and take care of their customers to retain loyalty — this is something they have demonstrated very poorly and we have also found a new company that does respect our business. If anyone else has had a bad experience with this company, feel free to reach out to me and we can recommend a more reputable place for boat and pier service.
