BurgerFI

I’m not quite sure what I expected during my first visit to Burgerfi last Sunday. I guess I was looking for a trendy, cultish, hip, cutting-​edge burger joint. Instead we found a dirty, heavily staffed overpriced disappointment. The floors were dirty, the tables were dirty, the women’s bathroom was out of order «Do NOT USE». Really having to go I asked my husband how the men’s room looked. He kind of rolled his eyes at me. It was absolutely disgusting. Ok so now on to the food. $ 22 got me two burgers and order of fries a beer and a glass of water. The burgers were small but they were actually very good. Being still hungry, we decided to order two Chicago dogs. The buns were so stale they tasted like the plastic wrapper they were shipped and stored in. All in all Burgerfi seems to be a good concept. However the situation at Harborplace seems to be lack of management. If any one of those 6 or 7 people would have picked up a rag and cleaned a table or mopped the floor and cleaned the men’s room it would have been a much more enjoyable experience. Hopefully management will get the word and clean up that operation.

I like coming here. They have a great burgerfi cheeseburger but their fries are often greasy or overcooked. The burgers are smaller than usual. However the service is fast, prompt and courteous.
A little pricey for small burgers. But a great stop when you want to eat a burger on the fly.

Giving this place an extra star because it is pretty much the only option if you want to stay within 10 bucks for meal at Harborside ;-)
Overall I have to say this place is pretty good, but nothing astounding from what I would call an average $ 7 burger joint.
For their pricing however in the locale they are located I have to say I think they are an excellent value.
The bucket of fries ($ 8 I think) is an especially good value if you just want to share a snack between a few friend while sitting outside people watching or enjoying the ambience…

Have been here a few times. Service is usually pretty good although I believe a tip jar would help things as there is no incentive to be awesome to the customers. But I also understand some folks don’t want to see a tip jar but I think it helps.
–Burgers: I always get the 1^st one which is a double with tom, lett, special sauce. You can mix n match to whatever you like but I think their basic double for $ 6, $ 7 with cheese is pretty solid. They are not huge burgers, even a double you feel like you could eat 2. Also no mention of how many ounces you get on the burgers. Overall a solid choice for a burger and many options on the menu.
–Fries: Plain and simply they overcook the hell out of them. I think I may start asking for slightly less cooked fries and see what they say.
–Drinks and Shakes/​Floats: They have about 6 taps with half of them on the hand craft side. I had Cigar City Invasion, was good. 16 oz pour I would say was $ 6, not cheap but 5 guys ain’t got beer. 1 – 2 nice hand creft brews is a nice way to round things out.
I will say the floats are incredible. They use frozen custard and then they use a genuine soda with real sugar, no HFCS, we’re talking Boylan’s Root Beer or Coca Cola in the glass bottle so for $ 4.50 or whatever they charge it’s a deal. You would pay $ 3 just for the soda alone, trust me, order one of these and you’ll be glad you did.
They have hot dogs, milkshakes with custard, few other odds and ends but I think the winners are the burgers, beers, and floats. Location is nice but you do have to park in a garage 9 times out of 10 and walk a little bit. I don’t mind a bit but I’m sure others would find it frustrating at times. So much better than typical fast food.

Food was and is always good. The skinny tall Emo guy hates either his life and or job. Crappy service and bad attitude. The breakfast all day burger is delicious and the strawberry lemonade is excellent.

Amazing burgers! I tried the breakfast all day burger (minus the maple syrup), which featured a hash brown patty and an egg fried to perfection. Kind of obsessed with eggs on my burgers lately and this hit the spot. The rest of our crew loved their choices, too (kids burger, veggie burger, hot dog & build your own burger). The regular sized fries are large enough to feed 3 – 4. Try them with Parmesan & Herbs!

If you like Five Guys, but you just wish it had less grease, Burgerfi is definitely for you. Take the options of Five Guys and the style of Chipotle and you have one of the best burger joints in FL. The food is guaranteed to be edible, the burgers are juicy, my little brother actually finished his food for once! The rest of my family enjoyed their meals and they’re definitely going back for more!

Don’t buy the Shake Shack hype. This place is better!
Juicy, seared burgers with more toppings than you can shake a stick at. Fries are hand-​cut and come in copious quantities. Hot dogs come split and grilled — a rarity in Florida.
Tips: Dip your fries in «BurgerFi Sauce» and try the chili as a topping on something. It’s reminiscent of the spicy-​sweet chilis that crown legendary hot dog joints in the Northeast.
Bonus: Coke Freestyle Access a HUGE plus.

The burgers here are awesome. I had the Breakfast All Day Burger without cheese. Really good. My 10 year old had the Texas dog and he wouldn’t put it down until it was all gone. The whole family was pleased. This is a great spot to hit before heading across the street to the movies!

For the price I thought the burger was very good. I absolutely loved the cajun fries… couldnt park nearby because of the Tiger Woods reataurant about to open… but the view in the outside seating was perfect.

Gourmet burgers, hot dogs, boardwalk cut fries and milkshakes… Alot of restaurants are modeled to sell the above menu items, but some drop the ball in one way or the other. So far, this BURGER FI is keeping everyone coming back for more and that’s a pretty big deal when considering they are in the new Harborside waterfront development.
Some big names are paying big bucks to be in Harborside, so just leasing space here must have gi end the owners concern, but so far so good. You can even boat over and use the docks on the ICW and be eating in 5 minutes.
Nice to see a regular guys restaurant in a complex that is trying to cater to a $$$ crowd. Right across from the music amphitheater, you can sit outside or in… and their contemporary fixtures inside are fun. Gotta love a BIG ASS FAN!
Good eat, the way you want em, served quickly to your table… and their crew is always smiling. Maybe their corporate office will let them have a tip jar out. Hint, hint.

This is not McDonald’s and nor is it a rok burger. You order and take a buzzer with you and they will bring you your food. For 20 bucks I got a LOADED double, a single with lots of fixins, and a regular fry that is more than enough for two people. Granted, I like my food on the healthy portion side, not overly obese side. Burgers were delicious and tasted like they were freshly made.
The help who brought out the food was very very nice. She is the reason this gets four stars.

Very average compared to other locations I’ve visited. Order takes forever and it was wrong and had to wait again for them to fix it.

I had the single pattie burger and all I put on it was lettuce and tomato. People complaining that it’s too expensive… really? It’s basically a $ 5 burger just like 5 guys but the burger tasted a lot better and the meat seemed, at least to me much better quality.
Granted I usually make my own Kobe beef style burgers at home but I can’t get custom made buns. These buns are very good. There is nothing like taking a good quality burger, like the ones I personally make and using a really good bun that you can’t buy in a store so this has to do.
Looking forward to trying some of the desserts.
I was getting take out so I didn’t pay for a drink.
Total spent was under 5 bucks.
I’ll have to go back for the fries.
Also…not sure how anyone could compare this to MCD… what a joke.
MCD doesn’t even taste like meat to me. I have not eaten fast food in years. No burgers from Wendy’s, Burger King or MCD as I find the quality so disgusting.
I don’t really consider BurgerFi fast food… like true fast food and waiting 10 minutes for your food means it’s being made to order at least not sitting under a heat lamp.
I’ll be back… although probably not as often as I’d like simply because making my own burgers is not only cost effective, but AT LEAST 3x the quality.
If I charged for my burger, they’d really run people about $ 25. Sounds ridiculous I know… but making a perfect medium-​well Kobe burger seasoned to perfection takes a lot of practice.

It was pretty good. But sadly I’ve had better burgers at cheesecake factory. Beer and onion rings were the best part. For 2 of us to eat cost 41.00. Way to high.

Not the cheapest or biggest burger you will ever have.
For 2 people, we had 3 burgers, 1 dog, 1 fries, 1 onion rings, 1 water and 1 soda… it was $ 40.
The burgers are small, decent burger, but for the prices they charge, I think they were small. Fries and rings (rings are HUGE) are a decent portion for the prices and the quality of both is just ok.
Probably would not return.
I have not tried a Duffy’s burger, but my friends who have tried BurgerFi and Duffy’s say Duffy’s burgers are better.

First time trying BurgerFi… I ordered a hot dog and was really surprised at how tiny it was. And they sliced it open which was weird to me. The flavor was okay. The relish was a bizarrely neon green and not what I am used to thinking of relish as… see photo. Warning… They do not have Grey Poupon! A hot dog just isn’t right without it!
The service was efficient, and pleasant.
My daughter had the veggie burger and loved it.
The onion rings were delish! Fries a bit greasy and soggy.
The Oh My Chocolate custard dessert was awesome!
We will be back if only for the custard :-)

This is a fast casual restaurant located in Jupiter’s Harborside Place. We went for a late evening quick dinner and left unimpressed. They very well may succeed here as most of the other restaurants are a bit pricey and not quick serve.
A limited menu made up mostly of burgers along with specialty hot dogs and frozen custard. We both ordered medium burgers and as is not unusual came out well done. You can imagine my excitiment as the double burger I ordered included BurgerFi sauce. If this special sauce was there it’s tasteless and invisible. They do tout; «fresh», «all natural» and the fact the cattle (that turn into burgers) are «range free.» I’m happy for the cattle that are «humanely raised» but this is just another «better burger» joint and not as good as Five Guys, Duffy’s or the iconic In-​N-​Out burgers. On the plus side they do have their name branded into the bun, something I don’t get with most burgers.
The almost warm serving of cheese fries didn’t help matters and of course the delivery runners or any mangement is nowhere in sight. I could have returned them and stood at the counter while the burger (and that Burger Fi sauce) got cold. And a small size drink is $ 2.79…huh?
A pleasant 18 year old took our order and a runner of a similar age dropped off the food. At 9:30 in the evening these guys are thinking where they can meet their friends, or that school work that was due a week ago. BurgerFi is really into the «natural» and eco thing with little signs about recycled napkins, perhaps they might want to spend an equal effort on the front line, with the customers and food

This is going to be on my list for a go to burger spot. It’s in Harbourside, so it’s a really pretty place to go and eat outside, if that s what your in the mood for.
Burgers are good. It’s fast food, so don’t think your going to get a big hand made thick burger cooked medium rare, but it’s a really good fast food burger. The fries are awesome and the onion rings weren’t bad either.
Service was really good. Fast and friendly. REALLY friendly actually. Will be back
