It doesn’t get any better than this. I don’t wonderful dinner last night at Burrito Brothers. It was my first time there, I was overwhelmed with the experience. First and foremost, the staff treated us as if we were in a five-star resort. Friendly and welcoming. Fun. The menu was so diverse that I had a tough time deciding on my choice. In fact, make no mistake that this is not a Burrito restaurant. Apparently, the burritos are terrific and you can get them to go, but there are so many other great items on the menu. I ended up having the coconut crusted fish and chips including sweet potato fries. I think it was called Island Fish and Chips. The fries were delicious and my friends, who are regulars here, swear that they are the best fries in Jupiter or beyond. And the value was excellent. All of the meals were priced reasonably and they have two-for-one cocktails all the time. Best of all, it’s locally owned. I love supporting restaurants where the owners are actually a part of the staff. If you’re in Jupiter, make sure you spend some time at Burrito Brothers. If you’re not from Jupiter, make sure to visit when you’re in town.

When we first got to Jupiter we ended up here several times. it reminds you of an older Sonny’s BBQ except everything is painted white wood. The entrance is confusing to say the least, you can’t tell if you are ordering and sitting down, waiting to be seated, order take out, apparently all 3 can be achieved. –Service was hit n miss every time we go. I could help the owner by firing about half the staff if not more, they walk all the way to the back but then don’t return with drinks, or they run to cash someone out but can’t seem to bring back your refill… just horrible service staff with the exception of one really nice personality girl but we only could seem to find her one time to wait on us. The rest need a serious crash course on how to wait on tables. I’ve seen the owner walking around, she doesn’t seem to help that much meaning she doesn’t appear and things just start taking off. –Honestly the tacos and Mexican dishes are not good. Just being honest but Chipotle will hit the spot every time a lot better but I do want to spotlight what they do make well. –The BURGERS are by far the highlight in this place. You wouldn’t think it but they have a mediocre BBQ including chix. pork, but the winner is their burger which is ground up from 2 – 3 different prime cuts of meat, I think they might even mix it up there themselves. For about $ 8-$ 10 you really can’t find a leaps and bounds better burger in Jupiter. I can name you a dozen better burgers but they aren’t within 10 – 20 miles of here. I would tell folks to just come in and order a burger med rare and a beer and just settle with that. –Most of the side dishes we tried were average at best, mac n cheese being a big disappointment. –Love local business but this place is just downright kooky when you go inside.

I had a coupon from a local coupon book I bought from some neighborhood kids. Additionally, I was tricked into a subscription to the Palm Beach Post when purchasing this book, so beware. I digress. Several reviewers commented on the confusion when entering, and I, as a Summa Cum Laude college graduate, was also confused. Perhaps the extra two years of grad school would have provided me the insight as to how this restaurant operates. Again, I digress. There are two doors for entry: one says«Enter here for Burrito Bros» and the other is not labeled, as if entering this door could send one to another, unimaginable dimension of time. As a gamblin’ type of fella, I chose the unlabeled door and, in the immediate seconds after entering, was surprised I wasn’t in the year 2053 on a Hawai’ian beach. Alas, on the other side of both doors is, in fact, the same restaurant. Perhaps my mind had wondered to its desired and assumed location, but upon realizing my time and place, I was confused. There was a counter to the left that looked like the place to order your food, but there was restaurant style seating replete with menus and servers to the right that looked like the place to order your food. My confusion increased. The hostess greeted me with a Sophie’s Choice of sorts: «Which side do you want?» was her life altering question to me. I uttered some words in an indistinguishable language displaying my confusion(perhaps the language Hawai’ans speak in 2053?). Luckily, the girl in the prep station area saved me and said«Come on over! Don’t be afraid!» Fear wasn’t the issue, it was befuddlement. I showed the prep gal my coupon which was«Buy one sandwich get one free». I asked if I could use the coupon for two burritos instead and was informed I had to buy a sandwich but could get a free burrito. Not a conventional policy, but a policy nonetheless. Unfortunately, the bewilderment quotient was turnt up from a 7 to an 8 when I realized that the sandwiches weren’t listed on the board behind the prep station(which in time, became obviously apparent that this is the burrito station ONLY). I then had to pick up a menu to find the sandwiches. I settled on a grilled chicken sandwich, which turned out to be quite tasty. I presented the coupon to pay, but I was then directed to the adjacent burrito-only station to prepare my burrito. Payment must wait. I selected my ingredients for the burrito, which was prepared in a timely manner and was then taken to the register. I was finally ready to pay. As Lee Corso from ESPN famously says, «Not so fast my friend!» Another patron enters and only wants to purchase sweet potato fries. Therefore, my spot in line was usurped, leaving me to play pocket pool while waiting for this unforeseen interruption to resolve itself. The last odd occurrence of this already alien encounter came as I was given my food to leave. I asked for ketchup packets for my fries. Apparently, they do not have to-go packets of ketchup(how is this acceptable for a restaurant with a drive through window?) so the prep gal had to come around the corner, walk to one of the booths for in house dining, and pour some ketchup into a container. Talk about inefficient! Overall, the food was good. Perhaps a bit overpriced. Service was fine for me, but if this place was busy, I could easily foresee all of the glaring inefficiencies rearing their collective heads to cause intolerable delays in one receiving one’s food.

Blah and boring. We tried this place when they first opened, before they added the barbecue portion of the menu. It was bland and the menu had nothing that screened«try me». We gave it some time and finally went back. Boring again. No great flavors. No good flavors. Just blah. Not going back

Hubby and I have been to BBrothers several times. We have never been disappointed. The food has always been delish and fresh. They have a wide variety to choose from. Very friendly wait staff. Didn’t give a 5th star as their wine by the glass is not inspiring. They do have craft beers, husband very happy. Not much atmosphere but clean and pleasant. Great prices too!

I am relocating to the area and was looking for a nice local place to eat. I am puzzled as to why some people rated this restaurant with a low rating. This restaurant is great. They offer a large variety of choices in their menu. I am not a drinker, but they offer 2 for 1 beers every day. I am a vegetarian and they had plenty to chose from in their menu. If you are looking for a local place, down to earth you should try this place. Super friendly service. The owners are runners and completely support local businesses which I live to do.

The food may be alright but the counter service it soooooo slow. They stand there and chat and don’t pay attention to what they are doing. I left the line twice now. I may check I out once more but if I see the same guy behind the counter I won’t bother. I went up the block instead, although it may be packed, they move!!!

I had a bad review up, but I’ve recently come back several times and have changed my tune. Took me too long to change it up to 5-stars. The staff must have had an off-day, because now they are extremely friendly and generous. Not only do they remember me and my order, but also give me suggestions about what to eat for my diet and what drinks to get. The food is wonderful – much better than Chipotle – and surprises me with its flavor every time I stop in. I recommend the TVP; in nachos, burritos, tacos, anything. It’s all great. Thank you

Where do I start? As soon as you walk in it’s confusing. Which door do I choose? There are two entrances once you get in the main door. Once we were in, apparently thru the burrito, taco, salad bar door, I noticed the food behind the glass where you order your custom item. It looked nasty! The meats looked old and dried out, the veggies and lettuce looked old and wilted. So bad that it made me NOT hungry anymore. I couldn’t bring myself to order anything. My husband got a steak salad. He said«meh, it was alright». We decided to sit in the dining area, which is apparently what the«other door» is for. We stood there for a bit wondering what the hell to do… seat ourselves or wait for a hostess(who was no where to be found). We stopped an employee, maybe a waitress, walking by who says we can sit anywhere, but fails to give us any menus. Sitting for a few minutes, another waitress walks by and asks if we need anything. Um, yes, a menu. «Oh you need waitress service?» WTF, seriously?! Yes! Needless to say the menu is mostly made up of the same nasty junk at the bar up front with a few other items thrown in. Got some refreshments, ordered my daughter the kids quesadillas and still couldn’t fathom eating anything there so I went without eating. As we sat there we discussed remembering the reason we never went back after trying this place for the first time over a year ago. Which was, as my husband so eloquently put it, «this place sucks balls»! And I have to agree.

Have been here several times. Menu has changed since our last visit and we noticed some nice new additions. We ordered the Mexican Pizza, Grilled Chicken Patty Melt, grilled Chicken Sandwich and Tacos(as it was Taco Tues.) My daughter substituted the fries for sautéed veggies and brown rice. Service was great!

Bbq meets chipotle. Been here twice and both times the food was decent. The prices are very reasonable and there are many options bw their bbq choices and Mexican choices. Oddly enough it is cheaper to eat here than at chipotles. The 2 for 1 drink special is a good add on and the staff is very attentive I will return

After a hot mountain bike ride at JD, my aunt took me here for the first time. She raved about it. It was well worth it. I had a build your own salad with chicken. She had a burrito. And we split chips and salsa. Attentive and friendly waitstaff. Check it out!

I used to love Burrito Brothers as many other people did in their smaller location. I enjoyed the vibe and the familiar faces. Their fresh ingredients and avocado vinaigrette kept me coming back. However, the new place has changed my opinion for sure. I understand that they were trying BBQ because they bought Sonny’s and had the equipment. However, I think that they should have stuck with what they were good at. We’ve tried the BBQ and its been ok. I appreciate their spin on it but its nothing that I crave. I’d rather go to PA. I just can’t handle the new environment. I’d rather go to the Palm Beach Gardens location. I’d love to support their business as I live in Jupiter. but it has lost its appeal to me Try the Palm Beach Gardens one, its has more of the original appeal.

Prompt greeting and seating from a heads-up manager. We enjoyed good quality food at reasonable prices. My wife had the fish tacos and enjoyed them and thought they were quite good, but nothing special. I understand, as I think it’s a challenge to make fish tacos special. However what I had I did think was special and from the servers quick reaction isn’t ordered that often. Think that it gets overlooked for more traditional taco fillings. The cheesesteak taco($ 8.50) was excellent! The tender beef was cut similarly to what you expect to be served as Fajitas so the sliced beef was thicker and larger than a well made cheesesteak, but it was so tender the large pieces made it better. It was prepared with grilled mushrooms, onions, and peppers, along with queso & sweet peppers. It was really good and I think now added to my wife’s «food bucket list». Each entrée was served with a small cup of black beans and rice, topped with a fresh tasting salsa. If you are into hot sauce(as we are) they have a large collection to choose from brought to you in a carrier that holds 6 or 8 bottles. We will be back.

I had the beef brisket sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich with a side of cole slaw. Best BBQ sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Brisket was thin sliced and topped with a couple pickles and some BBQ sauce. Mac and cheese was awesome too. Pulled pork sandwich was very good. No fatty pieces and it had a good smoky flavor. We shall return!

Best option for fresh-mex along Indiantown Rd in Jupiter. This is one of those assembly-line fresh-mex locations like Chipotle, Qdoba, Moe’s, etc. This restaurant is unique, however. They are patient, and the quality is significantly better than the alternatives(although I do love Qdoba when I’m outside of PBC). I recommend a few unique things here: 1) The mac-and-cheese(yes, you read that right, a fresh-mex place with mac-and-cheese). It’s NOWHERE close to healthy, but it is so good, and addicting. unfortunately I’m hooked; 2) The mahi tacos; 3) The citrus chicken is very unique and unlike conventional Mexican options, always an interesting alternative in a burrito/taco; 4) They have a sweet-cabbage-vinegar sauce that is really interesting, which I tend to have them add to all of my burritos/tacos. They have a walk-up /casual-dining option, or a full-service dining options. Their prices are great; not as inexpensive as Chipotle, but they don’t charge extra for things like Guacamole, which can make-up for the difference.

I predict this place won’t last another year. I love the owners — such a great family — BUT the new location has been a total disaster. Just dined there today and waited over 15minutes to place an order at the counter with only one person in front of me. The food is not as tasty and doesn’t seem as fresh as it used to be. Moving out of their cute little spot was a HUGE mistake and I think the newly opened Chipotle will pretty much finish this place off –sadly. Sucks to not be able to support a local business

Food was pretty awful; I had to send my order of ribs back because they were cold. They came back warm, but insanely dry — like jerky dry. The service was impressive, and they met my every need and were very accommodating with their poor food quality.
