Custom Fit Alterations

Horrible experience, know owners personally. Very quick to try to make connections with their clients as to helping their business grow, but will do little to nothing for you if there is ever a problem. I had a 4,500 $ skirt and 700 $ dress altered under the conditions that I could keep the material. My father did the honors of picking up the alterations for me all in the garment bag the way it was handed to him. When I received the bag I noticed immediately that the excess material for these irreplaceable items was not included. I wanted to call right away but since apparently business hours are until 4pm, and closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s it was extremely difficult to get back in touch. I am a regular client and they charge me a different price for the same simple pant hem every single time which should have been my first clue. When I went in to have 6 more items altered and asked about the missing material they said my father was lying and he must have thrown it out. That is unacceptable and I have no idea how these unprofessional, dis-​interested brats are still in business. For GOD sake, if you need something done professionally, find an actual professional. These people are not them and have done mediocre work for an outrageous price. Losing irreplaceable material when entrusted with over $ 5000 in garments is unacceptable. Sorry, will be disputing with my credit card company for the alterations as they offered nothing to compensate me and called me a liar. They are lucky I don’t pursue them for 5000 $ in damages which is really what trusting them cost me. If you shop high end, don’t go here.
