Jersey Mike’s Subs

Good Subs. Just Not wild about when they ask for tip in Transaction when paying by credit card. Not an issue with Tipping but just think it shouldn’t be pushed on to you.

Jersey Mike’s was nice enough to do a promotion at my daughters high school. A three dollar donation for a regular size sub. What a deal! My daughter ordered a turkey club minus the ham, because she doesn’t like ham. So as we went down the line together and arrived at the cash register. I handed over the coupon at which point the young gentleman there said that he was ringing up a turkey sub plus bacon and a soda. And gave me a total for the sandwich greater than three dollars. I stated to the young man, I’m sorry, my daughter ordered a Turkey club sandwich with no ham. Why is the bacon extra? He stated back that because there was no ham on the club that he had to ring it up as a turkey sandwich plus extra for the bacon. I shared with him, that his reasoning did not make any sense. The promotion was for a three dollar regular sub and my daughter ordered a club sandwich minus the ham. Club sandwich include bacon! He became incredibly argumentative with me. I asked for the manager. He stated back snidely, I am the assistant manager. I said, what a shame! May I speak to your manager? At this time, a young lady came over and engaged me in a conversation about my disagreement with how I was being charged. In the middle of my conversation, the young assistant manager, with a big mouth, decided he was going to chime in again. I looked at him and made certain he knew that I was done speaking with him and this was no longer his issue. The young lady finally had the young assistant manager ring me up for the three dollar sub plus the soda. I think her. As he run me up, he was just a freaking idiot! Management should take note that if they’re going to promote young people into management, they need to know customer service skills! I have no tolerance for disrespect. My daughter said the sub was tasty, but nothing compares to Publix! I, personally will not be returning to this jersey Mike’s location, or possibly any other!

Never was much of a fan of Jersey Mike’s, but this location has changed me. I went in recently hungry and in a hurry and was blown away. Great bread and quality. Steak and cheese is my new favorite.

Good cheesesteaks. Bread is great texture. Staff is friendly and attentive. I have had better subs elsewhere but I come here for convenience and consistency

Stinks. Value? Absurd! Won’t return Unilocal says my review is too short so now not only did I have a rotten experience with jersey mikes jupiter I’ve got to waste my time to make this review longer so it will post.

I came here with my bf for a bite to eat, we were so glad that we did. We decide to get the #17… Philly cheesesteak with sautéed onions and peppers. What a great decision!!! Giant was the size we chose, it was huge, but we were really hungry so it disappeared quick. I wish it had sautéed mushrooms. Nonetheless it was delicious. It was a little pricy though. Lunchtime the place was hoppin’.

Staff is friendly & accommodating. Clean restaurant with plenty of seating. I like how it’s next door to Starbucks & Publix. This plaza definitely has other restaurant choices if your family has different food preferences but Jersey Mikes is my 1^st choice. Really like bread & Philly hot sandwich.

My family and I including our dog Lucy loved this experience. I say experience because on the door on the way out they have a sign that says, «I hope you enjoyed your experience.» It was a little rough trying to find where the hell it was because the gps had me going all over the place. There was seating outside that allowed us to eat outside with Lucy. I walked in with my mother and I totally fell in love already even before ordering. I saw the fresh veggies and they had me at hello. The bread is fresh they have all the sandwiches numbered, they have combo deals daily, I picked the Italian and then I was about to be amazed again. They sliced my cheese and meats right in front of me. Then the guy asking my order was great I wish I knew the name but I think he told us he had been to Limestone Maine before. Therefore we consider him a friend. Then I get to add all the lovely veggies oh also forgot to mention you can order a mini like 4″ sandwich, 6″ and then I think it was 10″. All fresh! I got the mini and it was plenty. They have drinks Pepsi products I hope it isn’t a deal breaker and if so bring your own drink I did. I would not pass up this chain, but I wouldn’t pass up this location because the service was great and the personalities of the employees are so upbeat love it! You must go check it out! Oh bonus was the dog store right next door for Lucy’s cookies.

If you want your sub the way you ordered it, then you’re gonna have to go in person and watch them make it. Don’t order online and don’t order over the phone.

The best sub shop I’ve ever been too! The workers are extremely nice and very helpful. My favorite is the Italian and the philly they’re so soooo good! Love going here!

Longtime fan of J-​Mikes. I cannot believe how much this location scrimped on the meats and condiments. I asked if I could get another slice and the guy said he knew but his manager won’t let him. Won’t be coming back here again. Too bad, cause the experience is way more authentic elsewhere.
Such a shame! These guys just don’t get it… their customers are paying $ 12.99 for the giants and it’s less meat than on two regulars… huh???
Nice; polite; courteous staff there and this location is very clean.

Best sub for the money I’ve ever had. Fresh sliced meats, mikes way is the way to get it made.
