Been ordering from Jimmy Johns for quite some time… Usually no issues. After waiting over 40 minutes I called the store.. The customer service is non existent.. When asked to speak to a manager I was «greeted» by a kid asking «what’s the problem.» Not only was he combative and rude, he offered no help or assistance. .
Not too long after the order was delivered… Found stale old bread and substandard sandwiches !! Unedible!. Completely unacceptable.. Will not order again.
