Awful service on second visit. Hostess rude unable to get a lane for bowling for only two people In over an hour when we out our names opun arrival. Dissapointed. Feel like Scinfield waiting for Chinese food in that episode. Terrible service today, will think again before coming back

This is the Corporate Headquarters for Franks Theatres, Cinebowl and Grille. Over 108 years in business. That’s amazing in itself. Congrats! Originally founded by Samuel Frank from Philadelphia, PA. A family owned and operated business. Founded in 1906. Fabulous concept combining bowling, food, movies, popcorn, candy ALL under 1 roof.
I also understand as a business owner, it is very hard to please everyone OR better said not everyone is your customer. If your price is high, maybe your customer is for a particular customer who values your service and products. If your price is low, you attract another customer who values other schtufff. Going in the middle might bring both ends into your business. Both ends or the middle, no guarantees all will enjoy your product. Aside from ongoing staff training and consistent service, this business concept is awesome. Every business needs to improve various aspects of business.
In the early opening, I new about the ticket booth. Then the next time I learned I could buy tickets at the snack bar. Another visit or friend mentioned I could buy tickets at three automated machines directly behind the ticket booth.
If you love movies like my wife and I, the popcorn deal is worth a look.
And they have done it with 25 locations with over 300 movie screens so far and counting. That’s 25 different entertainment locations under 25 roofs. Look forward to watching where else you launch your cool concepts. My local Franks Theatre is in Delray Beach, FL. I see Abacoa shopping complex in Jupiter is getting one too, right near your Corporate Headquarters.
