The food was amazing! We were sat at a table by ourselves by the kitchen. It was cool but heavy traffic. There were curtains but my husband didn’t want to close them. I would have given 5 starts but our waiter was not very attentive and didn’t seem like he was having a good night. There was a waitress that stopped by a few times who was extremely pleasant. If we come back hopefully we will get her. We did hear that they ran out of snapper and tuna which I thought was strange since they didn’t have to many other fish options on the menu and it was fairly early for a seafood restaurant to run out of seafood lol. I had the yellow tail and hubby had filet and lobster. He said it was the best tasting lobster he ever had. Finished with pomegranate Crème brûlée which was also very good.

I enjoyed a lovely dinner at this Deep Blu this evening. The restaurant was pretty empty so there was not much of a vibe but nonetheless we had a great time. The fish was beyond fresh, the server was superb /very well informed and the meals were cooked perfectly. Reasonably priced for the area, I am very impressed.

Tonight was my second time at this restaurant. I loved the food the first time and loved it again tonight. We ordered the tuna tartar, shrimp cocktail, grilled swordfish, red mashed potatoes, and a few desserts. Everything was delicious and even the bread here is perfectly baked(crusty outside, soft inside). I will definitely come back!

Great food, wonderful entertainment… Philippe Harari(along with Bobbi) is an excellent singer and entertainer! Philippe deserves 5+ stars! The only reason I didn’t give the restaurant 5 stars is because it’s pricey and more like a «special occasion» restaurant.

The bar was simply amazing! The band playing was fantastic. The bar service was second to none! From the free valet parking to walking in with an amazing greeting! We are so excited to eat a wonderful meal here! We are locals and will definitely be back! Date night!

We came here on Christmas Eve 2015 and were very disappointed. We were looking for a «to die for» seafood dinner and received an overpriced, mediocre meal. I wanted the traditional Christmas Eve seafood experience and they offered a $ 65 per person, «special» Christmas Eve dinner. Exactly what I wanted. In the Harbour Place location, the atmosphere was trendy and new. The service staff was pleasant but I’m sorry to say the food did not match the ambiance. My husband and I enjoy seafood, including calamari(squid). Here it was overcooked and chewy. The baked clams were sandy and tough. A shared salad for two was so small, we were waiting for the second portion. The snapper was grilled perfectly and was delicious. Unfortunately, there was just one small filet for two people. Our special dessert was nothing fancy, just some cookies on a plate. High prices, with a glass of wine at $ 14, this is a special occasion type of restaurant for us, and I was hoping the experience was worth it. It wasn’t. I know I should have complained, but at those prices why? If a restaurant specializes in seafood, the seafood should be perfectly prepared. The manager asked us, «What was best part of the dinner.» My husband replied, «The potatoes.» That should have been a clue. Sorry to say, we won’t be back.

Wife and I got a gift card from a friend for this place but it always seemed empty so we were skeptical. Came in during their happy hour and sat at the bar. I am going to make this review quick and to the point. The build out on this place is lovely. Seats are comfortable. Erin behind the bar is a great server and makes a nice drink. The food was pretty darn good too. Had the happy hour menu fish taco(very good), lobster nachos(good), tuna tartar(very good) and several of their signature drinks(good). This place has glaring problems though… First off nothing was amazing and have to have it… I know I know we just had the happy hour apps but they set the tone… But the bigger problem is on two walls they have a projection image of a fish tank and then another one was playing a foot ball game so three projections on three curved walls. The fish tank though cool in idea is quite weird… Then at 6:45 ish a band started and for us it was not close to our style and management should have seen the 6 people at the bar leave 10 minutes after they started including us… Simple fixes. Fix them and you will have more people coming to this place and staying there.

Food is outstanding. Service very nice but slow considering the place is usually not too crowded at all. Steak is USDA Prime, which is a rarity and tremendous. Crab cake the best I ever had. Almost all crab meat w very little filler. Great place, top notch.

The calamari is some of the best I’ve ever had! The Brussel sprouts were delicious as well. The filet is good but the scallop risotto is amazing. It’s a trendy spot in a beautiful location. Come check this place out!

We have been to Deep Blu in Orlando a few times, and couldn’t wait for this location to open. It’s definitely a more intimate restaurant, with absolutely beautiful furnishings and atmosphere. Now to the star of the show here — the seafood. It is undeniably the best seafood you will eat. Anywhere. Anytime. And here in Jupiter, we’re told that some of the fish served is bought right off the dock behind the restaurant. And sides are outstanding as well. Be sure to try the Brussels sprouts! This is a fantastic«special occasion» restaurant, but they also have a Summer Prix Fix menu for $ 35. Staff is wonderfully attentive. Deep Blu deserves all of these stars and more.

Wife had a business dinner and was looking for one of the best restaurants in Jupiter Beach Florida. If we did not find the best then I am not sure I can take anything better. The food was beyond my most critical expectations. We had three business guests and my family and no complaints. I got to try some oysters from California and was blown away by the cleanliness and depth of flavor. Don’t get caught up with the cost. Just be prepared to have a truly unique gastronomical experience. The service was top notch from soup to nuts. Our server Bobby was well versed in the menu and restaurant. Bobby kept the kids happy and the food coming.

Way overpriced for what you get. One glass of wine, ½ dozen oysters and a tasteless fish was over $ 100. I hope they get their act together.

If you are ever in Jupiter, around Jupiter or even a quick three hour plane ride from Jupiter, you need to make reservations and have dinner at Deep Blu. Deep Blu is located in Harbourside Place in Jupiter and from the moment you see the restaurant you know you are in for something truly amazing. My husband and I went to Harbourside Place for a romantic getaway, staying at the Wyndham Grand for the weekend. Without the kids attached to our hips, we thought we would do things we don’t usually get to do. Our top choice on our list was to dine at Deep Blu. When you walk through the doors at Deep Blu, you will have to take a step back so you can take in the entire restaurant. The whole restaurant has a blue, dim lighting and what looks like bubbles on the walls. The restaurant is round and feels like you stepped into a restaurant in a metropolitan city. Above you, there are projection screens of fish tanks and in the center is the bar. When we were seated, our waitress Christy came right out to take our drink orders. All of their cocktails and drinks are beautiful. We started with the vegan«tuna» appetizer. This is a must do! Don’t let the name fool you, this is watermelon. Watermelon sliced to look like tuna and then frozen with nitrous oxide, with sesame seeds and soy sauce for dipping. It is truly one of the most unique and creative dishes I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. After our appetizer the manager Prince came around to all the tables to check on everyone and make sure everyone was enjoying their meals. Without a doubt we were. We asked about the unique dishes and because we were so curious Prince went and got the chef, Thomas. Thomas was happy to come out and share his passion behind the dishes. We were so appreciative. He was so passionate and had a true love of what he did and the creation process that went behind each dish. We told Thomas to surprise us with some of his favorites from the menu to sample while waiting for our entrees. From there we were treated to a tour of the menu. Chef Thomas sent out different dishes for us to try and came out to explain each one to us, the flavor combinations and the inspiration for the dish. Most of the fish at Deep Blu is locally sourced, and all of the seafood comes in fresh daily. Chef Thomas was very proud of his food and his restaurant and he has every reason to be. We were treated to the Deep Blu crab cake, tuna tartare, brioche bread, vegetarian ceviche, and all of this before our main courses. We ordered the Kansas City strip, Grilled swordfish with citrus thai chile sauce, Brussels sprouts and broccolini. As full as we were, there was not one crumb left on our plates. It was the best meal we have ever had. After dinner, even though we knew we shouldn’t, we had to try some dessert. Everything else was so amazingly delicious we began to feel like we would be missing out if we skipped the dessert and definitely regret it hours from now as we lay awake in our hotel room thinking of what we might have missed out on. Chef Thomas was kind enough to talk us into the crème brulee and the chocolate trio. If you don’t like fish, if you don’t like fancy restaurants, even if you don’t like leaving the house, come and have Chef Thomas’ dessert at Deep Blu. The flaming crème brulee is beautiful and the best crème brulee I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. The chocolate trio is a mouthwatering journey where each bite is better than the last. We were told what order to eat this in since it was designed and created a certain way. All three parts of the trio were amazing, but the white chocolate banana frozen yogurt was unlike anything I expected. It was the most amazing way to end a perfect evening. I cannot say this enough, go eat at Deep Blu. What could have gone the way of many upscale dining restaurants where it feels cold, impersonal and boring, they were able to keep the class, taste and warmth and Chef Thomas creates edible works of art for people to enjoy on a daily basis. We will definitely be back and we will be looking forward to Chef Thomas’ latest masterpiece. Thank you to the entire staff at Deep Blu for giving us the dinner of a life time.

This was a great experience. It was expensive, but the detail and attention that was put into the complete experience definitely made it worthwhile. The staff worked hard to earn their money. As my fellow diners and I talked through the meal they would attend to every need before I even thought to ask. My beverages were full, every unnecessary utensil was wisked away before I noticed it was there. This is not the type of place that you would go to everyday, but I think that it was well worth the money for a nice occasion.

This restaurant was very disappointing starting with the bread. The ends were dried out with the center warm as though it had been through the microwave. The mussels were cooked nicely but the broth was lacking in flavor other than cilantro. The fish had bones in it, the francese sauce was flavorless and it was partly undercooked. The other fish entrée had a chile sauce right out of the jar. The meal was not inexpensive. The ambiance was was nice. I will not return.

A giant bar at the center, with dinner tables scattered around like an afterthought. Glass acoustics assured the drunken revelries overshadowed any hope of dinner conversation. Sent my crab bisque back to the kitchen coz they forgot the crab. Halibut was presented well but tasteless. Way overpriced for at best a mediocre experience. Too many great seafood places nearby to waste time here.

Went for lunch with a girlfriend. We were one of two table of dinners. The salad portions were served on a small salad plate that you would see most likely for a desert or even a bread plate. It was really good but for $ 25.00 it only had 3 lettuce leaves on it. Way way over priced for what you received.
