Joe at Another Broken Egg is such an attentive server. We came in for a Father’s Day brunch and it couldn’t of been more amazing. He helped us navigate the menu and got my father his extra spicy Bloody Mary just the way he likes it. Five stars! Make a reservation or expect to wait.

A friendly little spot for a lovely brunch. Both times my husband and I have visited this location have been great. We were pleasantly stuffed by the time we left. The Benedict’s are great as well as the waffles but the best so far has been the City Grits. We can’t wait to go back!

Our server Joseph was awesome. All the the food was good except the eggs Benedict was over cooked. But the manager took care of it. Over all a great brunch spot.

Heading out to a day of diving, you need fuel! And our group likes good food. We are Lucky that we have a good food guide in our trip organizer! He suggested breakfast here… as it is good, close to our dive boat, and easy to find. Server(Chris) was a little slow, since he had tables inside and outside… and spent most of his time with the inside tables. But he got our water and some pretty decent coffee for us(and even left a large takeout cup of coffee for us to use as refills if he wasn’t right there). All in all, service was good! Food? Yes… food! I ordered the Thick Sliced Hawaiian French Toast combo, and got a huge plate of yumminess! Not too sweet, bread was awesome Hawaiian sweet bread, nicely coated with egg and fried, with just a light sprinkle of powdered sugar. The pecan syrup was really good, and the portion was huge! I didn’t finish it all(although I wanted to!)! The eggs included with the combo were perfect, and the sausage was tasty if a bit overdone. The rest of the group was also happy with their choices. So 4 out 5 stars. and I am ready to go back anytime! See ya there!

Very pet friendly/just friendly in general! Literally every person working came out to say hello to our puppies which was sweet! Mimosas and potato casserole were amazing! My only issue is that I ordered pancakes and they were raw in the middle, BUT sometimes things happen so I don’t hold it against them. Next time I am in town I know for sure I will be back.

It was our first time at this restaurant and definitely worth the trip! A very extensive and exquisite menu makes it difficult to choose! I wanted to try just about everything! With my sweet tooth, I wound up going with the Cinnamon Roll French Toast! It didn’t disappoint! Our server, Joseph, a young man from Boston with a Portuguese grandpa, provided impeccable service! Will be coming back!

The restaurant is in a great location. The physical space is large, bright and clean. The staff are friendly enough but disorganized and understaffed. We hardly saw our waitress, once to take drink and food orders and then we didn’t see her again until 30 minutes later when she(finally) brought our food out. The food itself was pretty good. Honestly though, it wasn’t that much better than a place like Denny’s or IHOP. The quality of the fruit was better but that was it. We enjoyed our food but we could have gone to IHOP and paid less and waited a shorter time to get our food.

Sat. April 2, 2016 I took a business associate for brunch, and yet again had another fabulous brunch! Service, food, atmosphere, and price perfect! I will continue to be a consumer. Love it love it love it.

Soo this is my fourth time here, everything has been great. Started out with city grits which were delicious, and beignets, always soooo good. However, we waited close to 30mins for our food to come out. If we didn’t have the appetizers we would’ve been starving. We ordered 3 Benedict dishes: eggs Blackstone, crab cavallo, smoked salmon Benny, and potato pancakes with pecans. Point blank: initial review due to wait, was gonna be 4 stars, after food 5 stars. Worth the wait. Pics to follow

Second time here. Food is wonderful but the service has been slow both times. We have seen our waitress three times: once to take our drink order, another to take our meal order and the final to bring our check. Still waiting for her to come back and pick up our payment. Thankfully, the person who brought our meals offered to refill drinks for us. Had the same issue yesterday with the lack of attention from the servers. Can’t go wrong with any of the food items though.

The restaurant was empty although we received terrible service eyes though it was crowded. The catchup was empty and ended up splattering all over my guest. His breakfast was burnt, overdone, and in edible. It was replaced but at a lengthily wait. The restaurant was hotter inside than it was outside, we were greeted by a grumpy unhappy male host, and taking care of by the bartender who had a bar full of people and shouldn’t have been assigned tables. We were never offered another coffee or a glass of water after our meal came, was plenty of staff but zero service. I would not return to this location nor do I recommended to you.

Meh. Came here for brunch with a lady friend today. I got the spinach, quinoa, and grilled chicken salad. Have you ever ordered a spinach salad from Subway(it’s $ 5)?? I’d say this $ 20 salad was on par with that. Bland and boring. Also, the chicken was on the rubbery side.

Ordered the crab cake Benedict. The first egg was running and cooked well. The second was fully cooked/hard boiled. Told the manager. He came back fast with one that was undercooked and spewed stinky water all over my plate. Returned a few minutes later again and waited to see if it was right this time, adding that he made it himself. It was prefect. He ended up taking it off my tab, but there was nothing exceptional about this place. The wait was 35 minutes for ok food. You decide

Such a nice looking restaurant but service is always a hit or miss. Sometimes food takes forever and sometimes the server just completely forgets about you. Today food was good and service was slow. Also the hostess needs to cheer up and smile. She is she first person you see when you walk through the door. A little smile goes a long way not a huff and puff.

I love breakfast spots and this is one of the greats! First sign it was going to be good is it is only open for breakfast(closes @ 2). The next sign this was a great place was the service I received from the moment I walked in the door. The coffee was wonderful, which is very important to me since I life is too short to waste it drinking poor quality coffee. One stand out moment was when I asked where the restroom was the server stopped what he was doing and showed me instead of pointing to it from across the dining room. Furthermore, the entire staff was alive and fun and cheerful! I had the most delicious French toast. It is made with thick Hawaiian bread and I opted for the bananas foster style, which is a classic New Orleans style sauce comprised of bananas, pecans, and whipped cream. Yum, Yum, Yum!!! This would be my favorite breakfast spot if I lived here…

We’ve tried twice now. I’m so sorry to say the food looks & sounds chef inspired, but tastes like heat & eat. Yesterday we both had a chorizo burrito. Mine was not hot in the middle. My husband pointed out how dry it was. And it had sounded so good!(I did enjoy my gluten free pancake on my first visit.) We love the new cool setting. The place is hopping. Fun vibe. But as locals, we’re crossing it off our list.

Excellent food and wonderful, friendly service. Visiting from out of town and stumbled on this place. We like organic, real food and this place pays attention to the details, even down to the organic green tea and raw honey. The kids loved their food too. They had pancakes and turkey sausage, which they said was the best sausage they’ve ever had. The sausage patty that comes with the biscuits and gravy was outstanding a packed with flavor. I found out it is their house made sausage, made with sage, parsley, garlic, brown sugar, and more. SO good. Only one minor complaint was I asked for eggs over medium and they were quite undercooked, barely over easy. –it wasn’t enough to ruin the meal though because I’m not too picky. Wife had the spinach and quinoa salad with chicken and she loved it. Lots of great options for healthy eaters, even beyond salads. Atmosphere sitting outside was perfect, not too much noise or traffic. Service was outstanding. Very friendly staff and attentive waitresses. We’re only in town for a few days but I’m sure we’ll be back here for lunch before we leave. Only last comment on the menu: the eggs Benedict variations on the menu looked amazing.

This is my third visit and I do like coming here for breakfast. They serve some great custom items as well as standard breakfast fare. Over easy eggs always come out too runny(the white part is runny) so be clear when you order. I love the city grits and the potato pancake that you can sub for the standard chunky potatoes(which i dont like anywhere) we’re very good. It is a little pricey for breakfast, but the location probably drives some of that. I was willing to pay it. The service is great. Food comes out fast and orders have always been correct. I heat the Bloody Mary’s are good, but I am always diving so I have not tried them… yet.
