This salon is such a positive place! From the inspirational quotes on a chalkboard to the caring staff that make you feel so welcome. My hair was in a bad place and with Christina’s help, I believe it can finally heal! She was sensitive, kind, helpful, and so friendly. Salon Labrea is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and is truly a gem. Thank you thank you thank you!

I am new to the area and got lucky by finding a same day slot available here. I got a toner and cut. My stylist was AMAZING! She really listened to what I wanted. I was going to go darker all over but then she pointed out that I could do a toner and see how I liked it. She saved me about $ 80 and turns out, I miss the highlights so I’m glad she talked me into just the toner versus the all over darker color. I can’t remember her name but she just moved here from Atlanta.
I love the atmosphere here and I will be back soon!

Visiting my family here and wanted to get my hair done before I left. Having extensions I was concerned but after seeing Christina here I have found my spot to go to for my hair when visiting! She took great care of me and my hair. Perfect blow out and curl style! Even used a great product I am purchasing! Very professional friendly I felt like I’ve know her for years! Erin, the receptionist, was so welcoming and sweet! The salon has a great energy and ambiance. I highly recommend coming here!

5 stars and 2 thumbs up for this salon! This was my first visit to Salon LaBrea and I had Kelsey as my hairdresser– AMAZING. I went in with complicated red/​brown/​blonde hair patches everywhere from having my hair stripped from black at another salon and I needed my hair to be corrected. Kelsey did an amazing job, she was so friendly and accommodating from start to finish– making me really feel comfortable and not pressured in the slightest. We talked about my hair and what I wanted and we decided that I was going to dye my hair to a rich chocolate brown, give it some caramel ombré with highlights. Amazing. Although it was a lengthy process, which in no way was at the hairdressers fault, Kelsey remained very accommodating and tending to my every need. A real plus in my mind. Although my hair was a hot mess when I walked in, I truly didn’t realize how bad it was until she was finished with the new look. I absolutely love it and will definitely be going back to the salon. Based on customer service alone, the receptionist-​Erin, the owner, Veronica and my hairdresser– Kelsey they were all so warm, friendly and accommodating. They made me feel as if I had been going to them for years. I recently moved to Florida from California and I have found my hairdresser :) Prices were reasonable as well, nothing astronomical.

I love this boutique salon! I have been getting my hair done with Veronica for two years and am always super happy with the results. I have also seen Erin and Kelsey and they are wonderful too! They are all so sweet, friendly and talented. I trust them to the fullest especially because I like to change up my look with different colors and lengths. I saw Kelsey today and went from long red-​head to dark angled bob. If you are looking for a great salon this is a winner! You can relax and be assured you will look and feel fabulous when you leave!
