This place is pretty good if you’re in the area. Comparable to Pink Berry with an island twist. Offers customization but their normal menu is good too. I ordered a medium strawberry kiwi to share with my husband and it was gone quickly. Love supporting local business!

My husband wanted to give a five star. I think it was very flavorful. He had the rocky road and I had plain yogurt with Carmel, lilikoi butter, and graham cracker crumbs. The lilikoi didn’t go with it well, but I could appreciate the tastes. Vibrant flavors. The small was big to me, so I let my husband eat the rest of mine. It was semi expensive. Ten dollars for two smalls.

This frozen yogurt is amazing! It’s so fresh tasting and the topping were delicious! I ordered the pineapple crush with vanilla and it was awesome! My cousin got the berry yogurt with almonds and fruit and it was delicious as well! They have two daily flavors of frozen yogurt to try with a huge variety of toppings, or they have suggested combos that all look amazing as well.

The lava flow flavor is a tropical fruit flavor layered over the tang of plain yogurt. It’s way better than the stuff you get at typical froyo shops. Worth the stop!

Was excited to come here after discovering it on Unilocal.we made our way after lunch at teds bakery today, kinda had a hard time finding it but ended up doing so it’s located right after Giovanni shrimp in kahuku. found parking right away so that was cool walked to the wagon and there was a line of about 6 deep we were standing in the hot sun so that made it feel kinda longer I was wondering why it took so long but my gf said she over heard the guys telling the people in front of us say their yogurt machine was down so we’re like whatever that’s cool because he said 15 minutes. other people ordered after us the 15 min turned to 30 mins idk maybe longer anyways the yogurts were coming out but the person after us got theirs before us I asked the guy howcome they got theirs first and he said they ordered first but I didn’t know 13 was before 11 dude made em right away and said sorry for the wait gf said her fruit bowl was good I had the peanut butter cup I didn’t really enjoy it but my kids did so that’s all that mattered. was kinda irritated because the guy working looked a high school kid and on Unilocal it was the couple and maybe they would of been faster? But whatever didn’t like the wait the guy working and dudes counting skills.

This is my first time trying OnoYo. Wow. Wow! I got the Lava Flow and plain yogurt swirl fruit bowl. Everything, from the yogurt to the strawberries, pineapple, and kiwi to the honey, is extremely refreshing after a long sunny beach day! The only downside was the wait, which was about fifteen minutes. $ 6.02 for a small size. Yummy!

I’m 30 years old and had knee surgery. Naturally I flew my mom out to be my nurse. We’re staying in Lā’ie to rehab and EAT. My coworker, God bless him, tells me I’ve got to check out Ono Yo next to Giovanni’s. My mom goes to get her shrimp plate and BOOM! My first Ono Yo appears! Like I said, I wasn’t there to order it. But to my knowledge this Greek style frozen yogurt truck offers two flavors a day. Plain and —. Yesterday was lilikoi, today coconut. This whole two flavor arrangement works perfect for me because I’m super indecisive when it comes to lots of options. Lilikoi(passion fruit) changed my life. No toppings needed. But I do want to try that lilikoi butter! Coconut swirl– my mom requested dark chocolate shavings. When I asked her if she checked in on Unilocal to get the free topping she looked back at me with a blank stare! I’ve got so much to teach her before she leaves.

i love love love this place. everyone is sooo nice. i always get the rocky road with extra strawberries. i sometimes take it home with lid and refreeze. i have more the next day. yay for me. especially because it is a little pricey. i wish they had fruity pebbles as a topping. don’t forget the frequent buyer card. great place for date night. enjoy!

I must say. I’m super happy this exists and is open till 9! Not many places on this side of the island are open till 9. The lilikoi butter is a must have. They make it themselves. The fact that they source local and organic whenever possible is a huge plus in my book! Oh and they use paper instead of styrofoam!!! I hope other food places will soon follow suit. Bravo you guys. Bravo Also, this place is in the food court with the other food trucks. It’s about ½ block away from where the Unilocal map takes you.

I reluctantly give Ono Yo 4 stars. If this rating were based solely on the product, I’d definitely give them a 5! We visited this afternoon when it was hot hot hot, and the yogurt was so delicious and fresh as were the toppings. I got the tropical bowl, and the lilikoi butter made it out of this world! My husband got the pineapple crush and was very pleased with it. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because of the person who took our order and made our yogurt. He seemed like either he just hated life or was having a super crappy day. He was rude, didn’t make eye contact, and made us feel like we were wasting his time. There wasn’t a line and after a couple questions we quickly ordered, so pretty sure it was his attitude and not anything that we did. Still, I felt like I should keep an eye on what he was doing to make sure he wouldn’t spit in our froyo! If I knew for sure that this guy was not working, we’d go back in a heartbeat. From their video, the workers seem peppy and like they really believe in the company. However, I wouldn’t step within 20 feet of the place if that guy were working. Too bad. :(

Delicious. We had the flavor of the day — acai — with the ono island creation(macadamia nut, pineapple, coconut, and condensed milk). All of the ingredients were fresh and very tasty. And they use Greek yogurt(for the lactose sensitive among us)! The staff were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

It’s been hotter than mother and this place is always saving me. You really can’t compare the delicious and refreshing greek yogurt flavors they offer. I’ve never had a flavor I haven’t liked… EVER. I do have my favorites which are… oh wait everything lol Lilikoi, lava flow, pinacolada, watermelon, strawberry, otai, etc. Definitely soothing after a hot day.

How can I not love a place that gives a Unilocal check-in offer! My date and I got free toppings on our fro-yo here, so that was an excellent bonus. The sauce I got was a kind of passion fruit butter and the tang perfectly complemented my dessert. Mmm, I’m a late convert to fro-yo and cannot recco the plain(unsugared) treat enough! As a kind random dude informed me, it’s excellent for the digestion, lol…

Taste: 5⁄5 Plating & Portion: 3⁄5 Customer Service: 5⁄5 Cleanliness: 4⁄5 Pricing: 4⁄5 = 21⁄25 This place is ono, yo! I love love love the tartness of their Plain Frozen Yogurt. What sets them apart from the other places who use additives is that theirs is Greek yogurt instead. They also use freshly made and whole ingredients. This is easily my favorite froyo«shop» next to Cherry On Top in Pearl City. Both froyos have a thick consistency that stays frozen longer than the others on the island(and I’ve tried a million different places: TCBY, Yogurtland, Orange Grove, Orange Tree, Menchie’s, Tutti Frutti, Yogo Crazy, Yogen Fruz, etc. etc.) Two days ago, my friends and I were playing tourist on an around-the-island venture. We decided to make a stop to browse the market tents which are nearby. We weren’t intentionally looking for anything to eat when we stumbled across Ono Yo. We had already previously eaten chocolates from Fine Ass Brand in Kaaawa and bentos from K’s Bento-ya in Waipahu. What attracted us to Ono Yo were their cute, brightly-painted benches and matching food wagon. Their customer service was a reflection of the vibrant color scheme! The employee who passed our bowls through the window, he told us to clap our hands before giving them to us. We enjoyed his enthusiasm as much as the food! We ordered the Fruit Bowl, Tropical Bowl, and Smores. Parking: Free Lot, Free Street

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAZZZZZZZZIIIIINNNNNGGGGGG. Worth the drive. Worth the money. Employees are really friendly. You can customize in many ways. Or you can try one of their preset options. They aren’t cheap. Not for yogurt. This should not discourage you. I got a large. It was too big. I ate it all. It hurt so good.

«What is otai?» Ono Yo offers a grand menu of Ono Creations, preset frozen yogurt flavors with specific toppings. Of course you can also make-your-own. I went for the Ono Island — shredded coconut, pineapple, mac nuts, and condensed milk — over otai frozen yogurt. The gal at the register likened otai as a combo of coconut and pineapple. Wiki describes it more as a coconut, watermelon, mango, pineapple(or other tropical fruits) mix. Regardless, I loved it! The otai was super light and refreshing, and mash that up with only the best mix of toppings EVER? So completely sold. The only slight drawbacks of this place are location(so far from my usual Oahu haunts) and a slightly hefty price tag(my keiki size was $ 4.50). However, they do offer a stamp card(1 stamp for every $ 5 spent, and 10 stamps to get 1 free combo) to sort of balance it all out.
