Hubby and I went for lunch. We waited a while to be sat which seemed odd as the place was not totally full and there were at least 4 wait staff milling about. Wait time for food was average. Food was pretty good. I had a burger, hubby had a sandwich. Our waitress was very nice. The menu is ok, but needs some help. If you order a burger, all you get is the patty, a bun, lettuce and tomato. That’s all. The menu lists additional options(like a piece of cheese) for extra $. In general, pretty good. While they are still new, don’t expect super fast service. Seems they are still working out some kinks. I hope they work out!

Just finished a great breakfast, including a Denver omelet and a side of bacon. Everything was perfectly prepared, and I was impressed with the crispy bacon that wasn’t burnt. Service was outstanding — my coffee cup was refilled several times before I could drink ¾ of it — and the prices are more than fair. This experience was far better than others I had, when it was a Ruby’s.

My mom and I decided to check this place out for lunch today. The last time we were here it was still Ruby’s Diner. For the most part the menu, décor, and ambiance has remained the same — nothing new or exciting, but also nothing different or unpleasant. The clam chowder and calamari are both still good starters. They still have good shakes and malts available. My mom thought the ribs were a little dry, so she said she would not get them again. I had the fish and chips which were pretty good. I thought the fish was cooked perfectly — very moist and tender. The wait staff is still very friendly and accommodating, and the service was pretty fast. Overall, a good experience for both my mom and I.

Wanted a to get some food to eat after some shopping at the mall. We had a group of 14. Hours clearly stated they were still open and the door was still open, so we walked in. We didn’t get noticed right away. After a couple of minutes someone came and told us they were closed. We left and got into our cars. As we drive by, we looked into the any kine diner and noticed the hostess seating a party of 5!!! What the hell?! We didn’t even get the chance to eat and give a fair review. I guess their bad customer service begins right when you walk in here! We won’t even try this place again because of this experience!

Whoa, lucky I didn’t read the previous reviews or I might not have tried it out. It’s located where Ruby’s once was and retains its comfortable booth seating and retro diner décor, It’s also one of only 3 full-service restaurants in the mall and has coffee shop type fare with some local dishes added in. We went between lunch and dinner and had excellent service. I had a burger and my husband had a club sandwich and they were similar to the«Ruby’s versions » There was nothing particularly special or exciting about them, but both were reliable versions of classic dinner foods. It’s a locally owned business so I hope they’ll find their market and be successful as this is one of the nicest places to get away from the hustle and bustle of the mall with full service.

Food is whack! Don’t order the fried rice!.. disgusting. Menu almost seems like previous restaurant, rubys. The ladies in the morning is what gave this place 2 stars, their service was good, just the food was horrible.
