I highly recommend Dr. Urban. He’s a really nice guy, thoughtful of his patients long term well being, very informative on what going on, patient, and vested in the community. He’s really mellow and easy to talk to, and be around. He’s also highly athletic. Involved in Jiu Jitsu and various ocean sports, which I relate to. He asked me a lot of questions about my life, my past, and goals in order to get a sense of what exactly it was I needed from him. Long term health and wellness seems to be his objective, although I would definitely recommend him for just a adjustment or two as well, as I felt amazing positive transformations after my first visit. Initially I was referred To him by Sasha Kremer at the Community Acupuncture Clinic in MakawaoWho is an amazing acupuncturist by the way. I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder from surfing. After my first visit with Dr. Urban he had me do a spinal X-​ray which illuminated quite a few quirks in my spine and pelvis due to a life of not taking that good of care of my self. He was even able to ascertain and clear up other health issues I was having that I would have never imagined could be related to my alignment. We set up a plan and a schedule together, and over the proceeding two months or so positive changes occurred exactly how he said they would, where they would. My pops went away and things realigned, my overall health and happiness improved as I regained symmetry. You don’t really know your body isn’t operating properly if it always felt that way, and it was such a relief to feel better than I knew I could. I had no idea I was in that bad of shape. Dr. Urban has amazing body intuition as well. Prior to adjustments everyday, He would study my back, and be able to find these tiny spots of pain that I would have never been able to detect. Systematically they all got worked out. Overall, He’s a great, patient, caring guy. Unfortunately I wasn’t the best patient, I missed or came late to a few visits towards the end of our planned treatment schedule, but thats just because I felt absolutely amazing. I basically forgot I even needed to be there. I went from being physically useless to feeling better than I knew I could, in less time than He said it would take. So I have nothing but good things to say. Aloha

I went to see Dr. Urban based on an issue I was having with my fingers tingling. He assured me that he could fix this issue and he did. Not only that but I also discovered that I was able to get in and out of my car easier, walk more upright and sleep more comfortably. I am a believer in the The Gonstead Method of Chiropractic care and Dr. Urban.

Dr. Urban is a wonderful kind chiroprator who is knowledgable and very skilled. He also does a wonderful energy technique that is very relaxing. He has helped me very much with my frozen joints due to R. A. Blessings, Dr. Urban

I just moved to Maui this year and needed to find a good chiropractor. I have been getting chiropractic care since 2005, so I was already familiar with what my body needed. I searched google and found Dr. Urban. What a god-​sent. He is awesome! He really listened to my concerns and addressed them head on. He has helped me so much that now I have my husband seeing him too! And the best thing is that he’s very flexible with scheduling an appointment. I can call him the same day and get in! And he has this new appointment reminder that texts me a reminder 30 min before my appointment so I don’t forget. Very convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Urban!
