They need to check their shoes before selling them. I bought a pair of shoes for my niece, opened them when she finally fit them, they sold me 2 left pairs, 2 different sizes. I wouldnt have minded of they were a pair and a half size apart, but come on two left sides? I called and the guy said they shipped them to oahu and nothing could be done for me. Not shopping there anymore

Vans has been my favorite kinda shoes since Intermediate school days. Not only for the comfort but for the style is a bonus to me.
I was super stoked when they opened up at Queen Kaahumanu Shopping Center last year. Every week I always check to see if they got new styles. I got into the slip on’s more, now that I am pregnant its hard to bend down to tie my shoe laces sometimes so the slip on’s really helped.
I am very disappointed on the customer service over there, they dont greet you or ask if you need help. I always have to ask if they could help me get a size & after they give you your sizes they just walk away. It’s a pain in the ass when you have to go find them in a small store. It’s just a shame, they need new workers or they need to work on their customer service asap!

This vans store was a little on the small side. BUT staff was very friendly and quick to help out :) so A+ on that part.
I was just visiting Hawaii so it was nice to be able to buy stuff there that was Hawaii exclusive that I couldn’t get from San Diego! That was a plus.
Other than the store being small, not a whole lot of selection, and no parking because it’s on a main strip there by 8 347 892 347 other shops, I have no complaints.

Fast forward about a year… Walked in, no one else was in the store, a male and female employee conversing with each other, no greeting at all. Circled the store a few times, nothing still. SMH. Typical Maui mall service.
Tshirt & tank top selection was lacking a whole lot compared to a year ago. I give them another year before they close.

We received the best customer care in this Van’s!
The store manager Storm was amazing! He knew his merchandise extremely well. He was very pro active about finding products that the might not have had at his store. We will definitely go back to buy even more in the future!

Been here 5 times and not once i’ve been greeted or helped. I’ve been to many vans store in the US and by far, this have the worst customer service ever. The employees would just pass me without even saying hello or asked me if i needed help. I seen one of the employee on his phone. And the rest all talking to each other. I also made a direct eye contact with one of them, yet no help. Normally i dont write reviews but this is just ridiculous. Oh and i forgot to mention, i was the only customer there. With 4 of them working on the floor, not one single help. Dont think ill be buying shoes here anytime soon.
