I enjoyed their veggie crepes with potatoes. Big portion for the price. Friendly customer service, although I did stand there for about 2 mins before being acknowledged. I am full, overall.

I’ve been here a couple of times, but our last visit was bad. Service was terrible! Waited at the hostess stand for about 10 minutes & a lady that works there, walks pass us & doesn’t say anything. 5 minutes later another lady from across the room looks at me, raises her fingers & asks for 2 people, when I said 4. We finally sat down & we’re sitting at our table for another 15 – 20 min. The Filipino lady finally came & asked us what kind of drinks we wanted to order & if we were ready to order. My boyfriends cousins ordered the Panko mahi and adobo. My boyfriend & I ordered the Kalua pork with cabbage & the bbq pork. Our waitress said ‘she could only REMEMBER our order’. So she went off I guess to put our orders in. Then 10 – 15 minutes later, she came back 2 times asking about our orders again. Are you kidding me?!? It took us long enough to wait & get seated, waited even about 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive! That’s why there’s paper & pens to take down orders so you don’t make these kinds of mistakes & reduce wait time! My Kalua pork barely had any cabbage in it. What’s good about Kalua pork with 10 pieces of shredded cabbage??? My food came out cold also! We should’ve just waited 10 minutes at ramen ya instead…

I had a party of seven and wanted a place to sit down and eat together after watching a movie. We chose Vidads. I will not be going back! I will agree with the others whom have commented on this restaurant and will just leave it at that. Mahalo.

I ordered the sweet chili chicken and pork adobo combo chicken was ok but the adobo was hard and rubbery as fuck really disappointed. It’s usually bomb but danm… waitress needs some help or they need to have a bus boy to fill up water also don’t order the lumpia was cold on the inside. Next time I feel like eating adobo I’ll just go to Paradise buggahs get«KILLAH«Filipino food and stay hot

The Pork Adobe was delicious and authentic but a little fatty. Pork and veggie Lumpia tasted great. Their Food is priced very well for the quality of food you’re getting. If it gets busy you may have to wait a little bit because there is one lady that does all the cooking, but she’s wonderful!

Bad service. I don’t think these people know a thing or two about opening a business. The customer service sucks. My mother suggested to eat here because she loves their halo halo. When we walked it had a sign that said«wait to be seated by a hostess». There was an older lady who I think is the owner and she just looked at us and pointed to a table to sit down. She didn’t even greet us or made us feel welcomed. I’m giving this two stars because the waitress was nice. I ordered a small portion of pork adobo and two scoops of rice. I was thinking it would be the same as Max of Manila’s pork adobo but it wasn’t.The pork adobo I ordered was drenched in oil and it was stingy on the meat I got a lot of the skin, and fat. When I bit into the adobo it was hard. The waitress didn’t even give me a bigger plate to put my food on. So I had to just eat it off of the tiny plate my rice was on. When we were finished my mom asked if she could pay the check. And AGAIN the owner just pointed to the waitress without saying a word. Like what are you mute? You own this business at least show some curtesy. SORUDE. I compared it to eating at a Korean restaurant where the servers are really rude to you and I’d rather much eat there. At least they greet you. Over all, I would not eat here again. This business needs to realize that the food can’t be the only thing that’s good, but the service as well needs to be good. I’m not too worried about this restaurant because I heard a better Filipino restaurant will be opening soon. Don’t see this restaurant lasting for a long time.

Pork adobo is tasty, but ¾ fat. I’d give them one star, but their sweet chili chicken is pretty good. I don’t think we’ll be back… not worth the visit to try anything else.

Found the place just walking around the shopping center. It’s located next to the food court. I wasn’t even sure it was a restaurant until I walked up a little closer. I only started checking out the reviews while I was waiting for the food. Based on the most recent reviews, I guess I lucked out. The service was pretty decent and the food I ordered tasted alright. Down side though, I wasn’t sure if they need to seat us or if we seat ourselves. I didn’t see any signs specifying it. After we sat down, a server came up and took our order. The food came out pretty fast. I ordered the special of the day, hamburger katsu, and furikake fries. The hamburger patty was handmade, covered in panko, and topped with gravy, mushrooms, and onions. The gravy was a little bland, but everything else tasted good. The furikake fries were really fresh. By the time I finished them, there was a small collection of oil at the bottom of the basket. Probably didn’t strain them long enough.

3 stars because the first couple of times I went there, it was good! Friendly service and good food. But the last time I went there, the service was horrible. Besides the fact that the server talked beyond soft, I asked her loud n clear if they had chopped steak on the special she said yes. Not to mention, I had to keep saying«what» and«huh» to her multiple times and I talked way louder than her. I ordered a side of fried rice w/the egg for my boyfriend’s sister and the server even pointed to it on the menu n asked if I wanted that, I said yes. Later on after, I was approached from another server that was really nice and talked a good volume, I asked her if they had chop steak, she said yes but then I guess the«mom» of the restaurant came to me n said they don’t have chopped steak, it was fine so I ordered something else(loco moco). I also tried to order pork lumpia but they didn’t have so I settled with kalua pig lumpia, it was okay. By the time the 3rd person(the«mom») came to the table, everybody’s food had already been half eaten and I was still left with no food for a while besides the lumpias that we all shared. First of all, we all ordered practically the same thing we always ordered from the previous times we visited besides the loco moco n kalua pig lumpia. This time, the side of fried rice wasn’t the same as the previous time we’ve been here. Before it was like a garlic fried rice with sliced up Portuguese sausages which we all loved bc we grew up eating it so we were very surprised n happy which is one of the reasons why we returned. Second, my boyfriend’s palabok wasn’t the same as the previous times we’ve been here. This time, it was beyond watery and not think like how the sauce is supposed to be. Since it was watery, it had no taste, I wanted to ask for more calamansi for more flavor but I did not want to try n talk to the soft talked server again. He loved the palabok from the previous times, he always wanted to go back just for the palabok but this last experience makes us to never come again. By the way, I’m sure the server mistaken«chopped steak» for chopsticks bc we all got chopsticks and was clueless bc we did not get chopsticks last times and tell me how many 4 year olds can eat fried rice with chopsticks. My loco moco was okay, the gravy was a bit salty. I barely ate any of my food bc I just wanted to get out of there. I work in a restaurant so I know how it works and this was the first time I had a bad experience.

Very bad service! Never going back again. So my family and I went in Vidads lunch time at 12. Which was rush hour for them. We sat down for 30mins waiting for them to acknowledge us to take our order, so I asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager and I said I know you guys are busy, but a lot of people here are waiting to be served you have 1 person running the floor and 1 person running the register. This is unacceptable I told the manager. So my family and I spent a whole hour at Vidads. The 1 person running the floor Good Job!. She’s a hard worker, but the person that was running the register needs to step it up! Where’s the team work here. Need to hire more staff.

Horrible horrible food n customer service! I ordered chicken katsu and teri chicken combo. Teri chicken was dried and chicken katsu came with barbeque sauce. Yuck! I asked the waitress to give me katsu sauce because they gave me bbq sauce and she insisted that it was katsu sauce until she tasted it herself. Then she went and told the other waitress and they were talking for awhile and the other waitress came and told me that HOW they make their katsu sauce. Lol literally lol. Worst of the worst. Im never going back there again and i do not recommend this place to anyone worse 15 bucks spent on food!

We absolutely love the BBQ pork, which I always get when we go. Great portion! My 5 year old loves the Pork N Pea’s! It’s sort of a long wait when we order but worth the wait =), Waitresses is very nice… =) oh downfall is the table is slippery, our plates move around a lot especially if we have to cut our food with a knife. No complaints though. just saying =)

Friendly staff and great prices, all under $ 13! I got the pancit Bihon and lumpia – very close to how my ninong and ninang used to make the food. Highly recommend this restaurant over the other mall food court choices.

I gave them two stars because my first experience there was good. Fried noodles were awesome but I just ate there again and we ordered pork adobo which was mostly fat. Garlic noodles was OK and mochiko chicken was overlooked and had no flavor. So sorry but not eating there again. Service wasn’t good either.

Try their halo-halo for $ 3.50! Milky icy ice, pearls, fruits, sugared bananas, jello, … The serving is made for one but two can share for a refeshing treat ! Of course there’s an add-ice cream-option.

So this is the place that took the place of my beloved Edo. Since then, Vidads has closed and is now located in the old Sushi Go and Blazin Steaks spot. ATMOSPHERE: Located in the food court of Queen Kaahumanu Center. This spot was originally a conveyor belt sushi restaurant which closed, then turned into a bare bones takeout steak and rice place and is now home to Vidads. FOOD: Chicken adobo — Good. Bone-in, skin-on pieces. Some were tender, some were not. Lots of flavor, but a the sauce was pretty oily. Longanisa — Okay. Not what I was expecting. It had a semi-sweet coating(similar to honey shrimp) and the texture of the sausage was very chunky & soft. Taste was on the mild side. I think I’d enjoy a regular hot dog more. Pancit — Very good. Thin, clear noodles with chopped veggies. Lots of flavor. Steamed rice — Okay. I can’t understand why certain Asian restaurants cannot make a decent steamed rice. The one scoop that I had was both mushy & dry. SERVICE: Fast & friendly. OVERALL: A nice addition to the mall’s food court(though I sorely miss Edo’s which used to be in that spot.) Prices were very good($ 7 + tax for the 2 items plus your starch.) I wish they’d offer the mungo bean dish on a daily basis. Not sure on what day it’s made.
