Krazy About Kona

This is the best jewelry gallery on the island. Still has charm and character and a real collection of sterling jewelry that is reasonably priced and well made.
The designers are terrific and Layne, the owner, also beads her own jewelry designs in a spectacular display of taste and style.
Stellar Jewels is wonderful with Drusy and Shells and Sea Glass.
Marta Howell has a classic design.
Judith Berg does a nice silver line with plumeria flowers.
The entire shop is for that special someone who knows a nice piece of jewelry.
I thank my husband for taking me into Krazy About Kona and treating me to a special ring on our honeymoon.

What a great place right in the heart of Kailua-​Kona and close to the beach. We stopped in and chatted with the very nice woman who works there. Some of the pictures and other artwork were simply amazing.
Of course I saw some beautiful jewelryYikes!!!
I fell in love with some earrings and a necklace but we had to leave so I didn’t get them. So of course I thought about them all day. I phoned them the next day to see if the set was still there. The owner took a picture of the ones I described and emailed it to me. But it is hard to convey something like this over the phone.
Driving back to our rental house we «just happened «to make it back to the shop before they closed, lol
The owner was so much fun to talk to. Needless to say I found what I was looking for and I wore them to a wedding the next day.
They have a lot of beautiful things, definitely worth stopping by.

A great find in Kailua-​Kona. We found this shop while meandering the streets of Kailua. It’s a great shop with a lot of local jewelers and other artisans. We found some amazing photos of the volcanoes and streaming lava.
Great selection of all types of Hawaiian jewelry and other unique items.
We met two different very nice and knowledgeable sales people /​owners that were very nice and helpful.
It’s definitely worth a visit!
