Hawaii Titanium Rings

While the ring got here on time and is beautiful, the post office managers had to search for the package because our box number we gave Hawaiian Titanium Rings wasn’t written as part of our address, so the package was not easily accessible for me to get from the post office folks. We were surprised to see that my ring was wrapped in tissue like toilet paper with no care what so ever, as if it did not matter to the person packing it and not sent in a ring box. The engraving on the inside of my ring is barely noticeable, once again, as if it did not matter to the person engraving. Considering that we purchased two rings at the same time coming to thousands of dollars, we were expecting better packaging, the delivery to be sent to the correct address, and most of all that the engraving be visible. We are reasonable people and understand that mistakes happen but these were NOT mistakes this was just right out sloppiness from people that just did not care. While these people are nice folks, it makes us feel as if once Hawaiian Titanium Rings got our money they did not care. This also puts into question the craftsmanship of the rings, if they don’t care enough to not do this command sense issues than what’s the craftsmanship like and will it hold up out through the years? Only time will tell. When confronted about this matter the girl we worked with at Hawaiian Titanium Rings was once again very nice and since we live in Hawaii we can stop by the next time we are on the Big Island to have the engraving corrected, but once again that does not compensate for the sloppiness and lack of professionalism and care that should come with spending thousands of dollars on wedding rings that are sacred to us.

We got married in 2010, and had seen these rings in Kailua-​Kona. We ordered our rings via phone & email, from California. We just LOVE them! They are so beautiful, and the service was 100% top notch.
My husband is a general contractor, and by last year, he’d totally thrashed his ring, even though they are very sturdy and mine is just fine. I shipped his ring to Hawaii, and they repaired it at no charge! We will pick it up when we go there in July, as a surprise for my hubby.
They have been prompt and so friendly and easy to work with. And the quality is just outstanding.

I ordered a koa/​black opal anniversary ring from this company through a gallery on Maui; not only is the ring I ended up with absolutely stunning, but the people at Hawaii Titanium Rings jumped through hoops to make it for me (twice), due to a miscommunication with the gallery and then an error by me (misjudging the ring size.) Shana was amazing, so friendly and helpful despite all the hassle she went through to make me happy. I would absolutely order from them again.

Absolutely gorgeous ring! My soon-​to-​be husband bought this as his wedding ring. It is masculine without being too harsh looking. The juxtaposition of the coldness of the metal and the warmth of the wood makes for a nice looking piece.
Service was excellent. There was some difficulty making the ring, but Hawaii Titanium Rings was fantastic, keeping us in the loop the whole time. A great buy — highly recommended!

There are few companies today who will actually step backwards to provide you great customer service. HTR has given me the best customer service that i’ve received in a very long time.
I saw their ad in a magazine and loving wood, I made a special trip to visit their showroom. I spent over an hour just browsing through the gazillion rings that they displayed. I found one I liked and that would fit in my budget. I bought it, took it home, wore it for a couple weeks… It kept bothering me that i wanted more than just the plain wood that I had chosen. I emailed them asking if they would change the ring out for me to something different.
WITHOUT A SECOND OF HESITATION, they told me ‘not a problem’. I scanned their site for hours trying to decide. Since this was done remotely, I was hesitant to get something I was not going to like again. I finally decided to use photoshop to design my own ring and email them a picture of what I had in mind. I bit the bullet, put in some dollars and added crushed pearl and a diamond!
OMG. In less than a week, I had the ring that I wanted in my hand! It looked EXACTLY like my photo image!!! It’s beautiful! I wish I could post a picture on this review! I LOVE IT! It’s my own custom design! Thank you Shana and Jerry SOO SOO much! I will be back!

I have been in the market to replace my wedding band for some time now and on the flight over to Hawaii I noticed an ad for these guys in the magazine on the plane. Showed it to my wife and thought it looked interesting noted they had a website and decided to check out the site when I got back to California. A few days later we were walking down the street in Kailua Kona and happen to see the store on Aliii Drive and stopped in. From Donna who was working the store that day and helped us pick out an awesome ring to Jerry and his wife who facilitated getting my ring made and shipped to me, it was an awesome experience. An amazing ring at a great price and people who truly know what taking care of the customer means!!! Mahalo!!!

I saw the ad one time in Hana Hou magazine (
) while flying on Hawaiian Airlines. I thought that it was different. All my friends got married before me and had different kind of rings. Of course, I couldn’t get something similar. So, titanium rings with wood? That piqued my curiosity. Let me say, I’m not a big jewelry guy and even less of a ring guy. I really like my ring though.
I ordered a simple ring with African Amboyna wood inlay. I liked the wood because I liked the curly appearance of the wood grain. The ring itself is light as a feather. The edges are nice and round, so it slides on and off seamlessly. Additionally, I had it’s a great fit so as not to come off. The price was very good for what I ordered, but he has quite a few intricate customized options that can make the price skyrocket if that’s more your speed.
I’ve contacted Jerry via his website several times and found him to be very responsive. I need to go back to get a touch up on my ring and plan on stopping by next month to say hello as well.

I stumbled upon their store in the shops in Kailua Kona. Their selection of rings is amazing, so much so that I had one custom made for my wedding. I came with a platinum ring for the big day (which I’ll be returning) that cost five times as much and doesn’t have nearly the character of the band I purchased from them. The also provided free engraving, which came out as beautifully as the ring. It was a rush job and they met me at a place not too far from where I’m staying to ensure I had it in time for my wedding later that day. From the sales person, Yancey, to the craftsman Jerry and his wife, Carolyne, I received the friendliest, most accommodating service I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend them!

I ordered a wedding ring from Hawaii Titanium. The post office lost it shortly before we were to leave for our wedding, but the owner (Jerry) quickly put together a brand new ring with engraving and offered to overnight it so we could have it in time for our wedding. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and they bent over backwards to help us out, and weren’t even put out when the post office found the original ring after they’d already made the new one. To top it all off, the ring is beautiful, unique, and durable. I couldn’t be happier!
