As far as I am concerned this guy is a QUACK… I have never worn any kind of corrective lens, but my eyes are not what they used to be. I went there some time ago and got fitted for contacts and got a prescription for glasses… He was very abrupt and talked so fast it hard to follow him. Once HE was happy with my contacts he went on spewing advice about contacts… I told him that he needed to talk slower, because everything was so blurry that I could not concentrate on what he was saying, he ignored the comment… And sent me on my way saying that I would adjust to it in time??? When I got out to the receptionist she asked me how it went and looking around in the larger room I told her that I felt like I was under water and concerned about driving home. She told me to walk around the store(Costco) for 15 minutes an if it still was the same to come back and she would get me right in. When I came back she told Wally about the problem, he seemed irritated by it. I then waited over an hour and a half with my eyes closed so I would not get dizzy. When I got back in he was even more rushed and I ended up leaving seeing slightly better than I had after the first fitting but worse than I did with no lenses at all. I’m surprised this fast food optometrist doesn’t have a drive through installed. I ended up just throwing away the lenses and the prescription and writing off the $ 250.00 he scammed me out of for wasting half my day giving me a very unpleasant experience. I still have not done anything about my eyes as I was so turned off by this experience.

Just arrived in KONA and I was having issues with my contacts. Dr Kojimas staff was great. They squeezed me I and took care of my issue. Very friendly and helpful Highly recommend!!! Thank you for great service!
