Boston’s North End Pizza

Great pizza, decent service. Good price for big pizza. Convenient location, all around a good place to eat.

Food is pretty good with large portions, but the service is bad. I want to like this place. My kids like this place but the people working there are hostile.

I have to agree with some of these other reviews… Watched the employee take cash, give change, then go straight to tub o cheese and sprinkle it on the pizza. Barf.

I love Boston pizza but this location is horrible. As I walked in I didn’t get any form of greeting from the 3 employees folding boxes not that they could hear me with how loud they where playing the movie Click. I really thought there where children scream at the top of their lungs in there. A female employee eventually came over and stared at my friend and I until we order one slice of their spinach and garlic which is usually awesome. The female employee then grabbed my pizza with her bare hands, which had just touched boxes on the floor and had handled money, and handed it off to the other male employee who had done the same. Please know that she had to pass an area that she could have sanitized her hands but didn’t. As I waited for a pizza I was sure to throw away I watched as she handled more money and pizzas without a thought to how gross that is. I even watch the guy rub his beard and handle the pizza. *shiver* From now one ill drive to the one over by Windward Mall just to get pizza.

I have say down in there twice, both times there were flies on the pizza. They pre make your pizza and warm it up when you come in.

Not bad i guess. young girl behind counter had no personality at all. but pizza made up for it

I was lucky to have my 2 Boston pizzas like the lady said in 15 mins! They offer a great military discount, taste is pretty good compared to the NY style pizza taste. Highly recommended.

Came in around 6pm, ordered a pie, was told 10 minutes. Went to Safeway, came back 15mins later and they were clueless… they had not even started the pizza yet…
They were stressing about the credit card thermal paper running out. The girls at the register were trying to keep things organized, but the cooks were all over the place…
Almost 7pm now, still waiting…
