Luke Trimble and Stephan Kane can flat out play. Both of these guys were as nice to deal with as there music was to listen to. They created a warm ambience for our wedding, and were able to take it up a notch when asked. They are very affordable for live music, prompt, and professional! Our guests were extremely happy with them and so were we!
I would hire either one of these talented musicians again in a heartbeat!

If you are looking for a fantastic guitar teacher for your child, you can stop with Luke! Our almost 9-​year-​old son has been taking lessons with Luke for a few months now and we are impressed with his ability to work beautifully with children. My son always leaves feeling great about his lesson. I am certain that his talent with instruction is also wonderful with adults. When my schedule allows, I may find myself in lessons, too! Kailua is very lucky to have Luke in the community.

My son and I have been taking lessons from Luke Trimble for two years now and have been impressed at every turn. Luke’s teaching style and lessons have suited both of our abilities, interests and learning style. With options to take lessons from him at our home or at his school, Luke has consistently accommodated our specific schedule. His laid back, knowledgeable teaching style is one I recommend to any and all guitar players. What a find to have this highly qualified, experienced, professional guitar teacher located on the windward side of Oahu!

We love Luke! My 11 year old son has been taking guitar lessons from Luke for 2 years now. He always looks forward to his time with Luke. Luke even comes to the house for lessons, which works out great for us! He has been nothing but patient, professional, and positive towards my son. I often hear them laughing and having a good time during the lesson. He keeps it fun for my son which has definitely kept his interest in continuing to play. I think this is very important for a child beginning to learn an instrument! My son has progressed quite a bit and loves to play for his friends and family! Thank you Luke for being the awesome guitar instructor that you are!

I wanted to learn how to read guitar music (notes), make sense out of tabs, and start playing some of my favorite acoustic guitar pieces – quickly! I found Luke almost 2 years ago and am so thankful I did. Within a few lessons I was strumming the likes of Sheryl Crow, Oasis and James Taylor songs and finger picking classical drills and pieces out of the book we used for the classical theory component…
Luke is incredibly patient, encouraging and positive, but is also extremely good at providing constructive feedback and helpful pointers in a supportive manner… if you are looking for someone who can teach you how to play the guitar (in addition to the theory behind it) – and enjoy yourself while doing it – Luke is your man!
