McDonald’s

Drive through service. No greeting, they got the order wrong and shorted one of my kids a breakfast sandwich. No thank you when we left. Drive through wait was 13 minutes with 2 cars in front of us. Girl working the window was clearly overwhelmed. I’d hate to see what happens when they are busy. F

I love this McDonald’s!!! It’s close to my home and open until 11pm, which makes it good for late night ice cream runs. :) Their staff is always friendly, fries are always fresh, and a/​c always cold. :)

This is my review for my visit on ⁸⁄₂. We began by driving through the newly renovated drive thru, which is confusing to say the least. They have two ordering intercoms, the first says order here and no sign to drive up to the next, but after a few seconds we pulled up. I ordered 4 breakfast meals and the total was $ 35 and change.. Paid at the next window, drove up to the next window — no greeting, which ok I’m cool with that. Then we get our package we drive off and find out its the wrong order of food. We went back ofcourse, they exchanged it and gave us the old food as well so that’s why they get 2 stars.

With renovations complete done for the past two weeks, I’ve finally able to return and see what’s inside.
Still missing the old feeling, especially since the playground is gone. I think they may have lost some family customers there. But all in all, cleaner and spacious ambience.

yeah… great for a quick meal… but not for my waist… :-)

This McDonalds has seriously gotten worse. I come here often because it’s convenient and close to where I live but really… get it together. They are always short-​staffed, have slow service, and just disorganized.
Lunchtime is busy and they have one person taking orders and tons of people either waiting for their food or waiting to order.
Good grief. It’s called fast food for a reason right?! This place unfortunately doesn’t offer that. It offers slow food and slow service.

My gf and I went through their drive-​thru at around 4:45 pm and there were only 2 cars in front of us, no one behind. The service was pretty fast the guy that took our order was ok but when we got to the window there was a lady there. She didnt even greet us or smile, she just said the total. I gave her my card and she gave me the drink and a bag. She gave me my card and walked away. I know this is just a fast food place but I thought that was really bad customer service. I mean the lady could have at least smiled or said thank you.
There have been other times when we’ve come here and the customer service was good but they were just really slow or the few times where they messed up our order. Other than that it’s a good location with a lot of parking if you want to eat in.

I love coming to this Mcdonald’s. It’s pretty close to my house. However the down side is the service is rather slow sometimes.
I have a few orders that have been messed up by going through the drive through. If you are wanting to use the drive through check your order before leaving the parking lot. It will save you from driving back to the restaurant.
On the plus side when I eat at this Mcdonald’s. I love the fact that you can refill your drink. The food is the same, no matter which McDonald’s you go to. Yay! for fast food!

We always use the play place. Have noticed that the nicest customers hang out here. Clean bathrooms and fast service.
