I consider myself a competent shade-​tree mechanic, and pride myself on my abilities… but Recently I was stumped by my 2003 Nissan Truck. Own experience and forum searches could not find the problem, and getting a tad expensive. I got desperate and took it to a highly rated local repair shop. They gave me a diagnosis which did not sound quiet right but they where VERY generous and didn’t charge me. Knowing what I know of my truck’s history I could not justify an expensive repair especially since I’m unemployed and disabled. Discouraged I let my old truck sit for several weeks in my carport.
Kirby-​Lee Garbett (Dba: WherEver Auto) is a mobile mechanic who’s the husband of a daughter of a local friend and he came highly recommended. I gave him a call in the morning and he was able to squeeze me in that afternoon. He was pretty much able to figure out the problem very easily in under 30 minutes. He charged a very reasonable price for the diagnosis telling me what’s wrong and what parts to get. I got my parts online, and my truck is finally running now after over 2 months downtime.
He is my first recommendation when someone is looking for an honest, experienced mechanic who also happens to be a very nice guy
