very good food! the sweet and sour chicken is probably second best ive ever had! and the service is good, and fast! this place made it on some list of the best chinese food, not sure of the specifics, but it deserves it! its good, but not better than new moon. and its pretty far away in kalama. and doesnt have much parking. and the inside is small and narrow. i think id suggest taking the food to go, if u really wanna go eat there

Best Chinese food I’ve had… yet to travel to China for the real stuff. We swing in every few months, always consistent.

Well check that one off the list. After so many people telling me about how good this place is, decided to try it. It wasn’t very good at all. To everyone who told me that this was good Chinese food, well you must have never had good Chinese food. My fried rice tasted burnt, the General Taos chicken was all breading. The fried shrimp not much better. The only good thing on my plate was the egg roll. Probably won’t be going back. I guess it is the best Chinese food in Kalama.

Had their Chicken Fried Rice and their Mongolian Beef. Highly recommended. Check it out while driving through town.

Very authentic Chinese place lovely Chinese helpers food good lots of Connor very friendly very good food try the vegetable tofu soup very good also ordered Kung pow tofu. Perfect spice

The food here is excellent! We ordered the family dinner «A» for two. It could easily feed four. We will stop here again the next time we are in the area.

The absolute best Chinese food I’ve ever had! They’ve actually won an award for one of the best Chinese places in the us! Also No msg unless it’s something that’s fried. You HAVE to get their ginger beef! And basically any chicken dish that has veggies. Mongolian chicken is good. I love the little mushrooms they put in their dishes.

Best Chinese food I have had in years. We were there on a Saturday at dinner time the service was fast and friendly.
Everything we had was wonderful hot, fresh nothing too processed. The Mongolian beef was especially good. My husband & I ordered family style for two and made six meals out of it. This will be our go to place when we are in the area.

Best Chinese place anywhere around. Even all the way in Beaverton doesn’t come close, the portions are huge and hit and perfectly seasoned. Loved the white sauce. I got triple delight and was amazed by how many shrimp and scallops there were — and the scallops were HUGE and perfectly cooked. I am so going back here again !

I just realized I reviewed this restaurant 3 years ago. So, here’s my update. We still love it and we still visit it whenever in the area. The food is delicious and the portions are absolutely huge!

Looking forward to Chinese food here today… Got there… No sign of life… Not open although posted hours suggested otherwise…

Great stuff! Brought my Mom here for a feast. Huge portions of expertly prepared food… Have not had Chinese this good since the Holiday Inn in Bombay!

I’m visiting from the bay area and I’ve had more than enough Chinese food there. I was hesitant to try this place because it could be tailored towards American taste. But the reviews look so good so I decided to give it a try.
I like how their food is not so salty. I feel that most Chinese food I got in the bay area are too salty. It tastes pretty good too. I like this even better than the ones in the bay area.
I noticed most reviews said the portions are huge. I thought they’re exaggerating. I know I eat a lot more than all my female friends. I can always finish what I ordered everywhere else. This one, I got too full and gave up after eating half. They boxed the leftovers so I can eat it for dinner. I got Kung Pao Chicken lunch special with Chow Mein and Pork Fried Rice. It also comes with a choice of soup. The bill came out to a little over $ 8. It is good, budget food. Yum!
The service was good and fast. Maybe I got there early enough and they’re not so busy yet.

Today was a miss… Still gets 2 stars for good flavor and value, but everything was disgustingly greasy. The amazing egg roll was in a pool of oil. When I asked for a different one I quickly got a new freshly made one… But it was all gooey and gross inside. What a difference a few days makes. I can only blame the cook. So this place may be fabulous or a total fail depending on who cooks that day.

I love Lucky Dragon!!! This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant. Unfortunately I don’t live near by but when I am in town I always make sure to come here! I haven’t had a single bad thing from here. And their portions are huge. I always have leftovers. I think their family style dinners are an amazing deal because you get so much food. My favorite items are the sweet & sour chicken, egg rolls, fried shrimp, and BBQ pork. With extra hot mustard of course!
The one thing they could improve on (and why I have them 4 instead of 5) is the service. The staff isn’t that friendly and sometimes if they are busy they are SO slow. I think they need more staff members. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this place. The food is consistently delicious and fresh and affordable!

I’ve been going to this place for years and it’s consistently excellent food. Service is always excellent although impersonal and stand off-​ish. All the comments about portions are spot on. Leftovers from lunch for me will be dinner for me and the bride.
They usually have a big meal for all the staff (family?) around 3:00 with food I’ve never seen them serve to customers — real Chinese food. Makes me want to ask if they have room for one more!

Stopped for dinner with family, always a very busy restaurant! Good atmosphere and very clean! Reasonable pricing and you receive very, very large portions! Everybody leaving was taking home to go box with their leftovers. Will visit again and refer to friends and family.

OMG — this food is so tasteful! I couldn’t stop eating from this huge mountain of food!
I suggested we split a dish, my husband said no because he was hungry but we got so much we both didn’t finish our plates. Sad we couldn’t take the rest to go because we’re on a road trip…
It’s right off Highway 5, and a pleasant change of typical diners and burger joints we have been eating
