Kalamazoo, MI
Josh and Josh (aka «Puppy») did a fantastic job. In regard to the actual cleaning of the chimney they were efficient, proficient and quite capable. They did great work.
In addition to their chimney cleaning prowess, these two were incredibly personal. Both were polite, engaging and enjoyable while doing their tasks in good time.
They clearly communicated what they were going to do and once done clearly communicated their post work report.
I’d call Parchment Chimney again in a heart beat and highly recommend them.
