Ordered shake, which was awful and watery… Chicken sandwich wasn’t cooked long have frozen which means the person dunked and tosted. ordered onion rings and instead got fries that had to been sitting for a while they were cold and nasty… the workers were eating while serving so doubt there is good management.

The food is your standard BK fare, but just make sure you double check your order before you leave the drive thru. There is almost always something missing. Just today I had to drive back there because I didn’t follow my own advice and double check my order immediately. And don’t go if you are craving a milkshake because 9 times out of 10 they don’t have any. We went in(true story!) earlier this summer and I asked if they had shakes because they hadn’t the whole last week(my husband spends a lot of time at the airport and likes their shakes… don’t judge). The cashier told me the machine had been down all day. My husband asked another guy(not knowing I had already inquired) and he told him they ran out of mix earlier in the day. What? If it’s broken or your out of mix or whatever fine, but don’t lie about it. Plus, they always seem to be running behind. Like they are just SO busy(even when there only like five people in the place) that they all looked super stressed and yet the food is sooooo slooooow to come out. There is almost always an angry customer in there trying to get them to fix an order. Look, I m sure they are all nice people and it probably is a stressful job, but I do expect fast food to be relatively fast and my order accurate more often than its not. It is one of the only burger places in this end of town so sometimes it’s just easier to go there and check your order right away. Plus, you get a cool crown :-)

The only saving grace is that the chick at the drive up window was very nice and happy… The wait time was unusually long… Half the staff outside smoking didn’t help…

Glad we have a new business south of town and I have been here twice now and service is slow and then got my order wrong the first time and the next time I ordered a large coffee for which I paid for then 20 min later I hear a radio ad that all coffee was free that day. Hopefully they get their act together soon.

This is a brand new Burger King on 93 South. I ate there today for the first and probably last time. I went through the drive thru and parked in their parking lot to eat. The burger was cold and cheese wasn’t melted. The fries were HEAVILY salted and overdone. The Coke was good though.
