I don’t like to give bad reviews, but we had a bad experience with City Jewelry (first time ever in this store). My boyfriend was a serious buyer — looking to buy in cash to upgrade his current 5 mm chain to a 10 mm. He came in READY to BUY a 10 mm gold rope chain from them if there were any in stock. A man (short Vietnamese Asian possibly owner??) chuckled with his stupid remarks when we asked for the price of the 10 mm, and he suggested the 8 mm in a sarcastic tone. SERIOUSLY? Who does that?! Shouldn’t it be the customer’s wishes on what my boyfriend want? So unprofessional and insulting!!! The Asian lady with short black hair and round face had a bad attitude/​vibe from the start — she REALLY WASN’T A HELP AT ALL and she tried to act sincere in the end with a fake tone after all that bad customer service. Never going there ever again! Not sorry! Nothing against Asians — I’m Asian as well.

Bringing home the Bling!
Finally purchased that rock that I had planned to get to celebrate our 34th anniversary after months of shopping around and comparing. With the help of Tony Tran (owner, jeweler, etc. at City Jewelry) we came to an agreement on price and design that made my wife very happy and my wallet sigh in relief. After trading in some old gold jewelry and carefully choosing the diamond and the personally designed ring by Tony I had completed my mission to honor my «Better Half» who deserves so much more!
Throughout the process Tony was like a close friend giving me honest opinions and information that I would need to make my decision, with zero pressure the whole time.
