Came here looking to buy some powered speakers.
Ken helped me out and showed me the ones I found online. Two Electro Voice ZLX-15Ps!
He even showed me a demo of how the speaker sounded like as well the different sized subwoofers (which I’m definitely going to come back for when I can afford it).
All in all, I left the storm buying 2 speakers, 2 stands, and 2 25′ chord jacks and dropped about $ 1100.
He told me about the warranty and informed of everything I need to know.
I’ll definitely be back to buy a microphone as well as a hard case for my DJ turn table.

Sheri helped me out a lot. They helped me out to ship my speakers inter island. She always returned my calls and answer my questions if I had any. Their staff is very knowledgeable and listen to my needs and never got the tried to force a product on me. Thank you. I will be calling soon to pick up more equipment.

Personally I had a excellent experience I called the store and Sheri was the one that helped me out and suggested me to come down to the store for some DJ equipments.
When I got there I was greeted and right then they introduced me to Sheri and she was very friendly and that was a plus with their friendly service. That’s where I also met Matt who gave me some information about the controllers and mixers etc.
Sheri on the other hand helped me with my headphones which was on sale!
Staff was friendly and knowledgable and they take their time to help you with your products.
I also asked and products are ALL SALES FINALS!
Will be coming back here for other things soon!

I recently made two purchases from the store that required me to go back. The first: I bought a pair of performance Serato records & got home to find they were warped. Called the store, they told me come right back and immediately replaced them with another pair, allowing me to open before buying to make sure they were straight. And Today I bought Novation dicers and when I got home they weren’t working as expected. After failed troubleshooting over the phone, Mike asked me to bring down my SL1 box, laptop, and dicers. Within 5 minutes Nate and Mike troubleshooted the problem and sent me on my happy way. To me that is customer care worthy of creating a Unilocal account in hopes that their higher ups sees this and gives them both a pat on the back.

I didn’t even know this place existed until a friend told me about it! Wasn’t quite sure what to expect, especially with some place «out of town» and was pleasantly surprised to find a wide variety of audio gear as well as different lighting solutions (which I totally didn’t expect). The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and totally impressed me.
I am not a huge audiophile or anything and consider myself a «hack» when it comes to stuff like this but I do like my toys and this was definitely a place that I will enjoy more of now that I know it is there.

Peep the store out they have control vinyl for all you serato control vinyl collectors! They always got a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to dj equipment or gear! Friendly people and one of my favorite places to visit just to go on the other side of the island!

Drove to Jellys first (since I live nearby one) but they didn’t have any slipmats in stock so they suggested going here. I didn’t mind the drive because I really needed new slip mats and I just wanna scratch!
They were very reasonably priced! Because of the lack of DJ stores on Oahu… I was going in assuming that they’d be way overpriced BUT surprisingly they were comparable to the prices you’d find online! Several other higher priced DJ items I was looking at had similar pricing online as well.
They had a wide array of speakers, DJ lighting, cables, and cases. No vinyl but they did have Serato control records.
Didn’t catch the name of the staff but he was pretty friendly.
I would come back again when in need of new equipment!

I had the worst experience ever here at creative sounds. Be carefull they open your product to get a serial number they don’t really need. The catch is they open it and have a policy of no returnes on open items. I brought my traktor s4 home and noticed its missing the instruction Manuel and software. When I called to notify them of this they tried giving me a number to native instruments which have nothing to do with this. I’ve tried asking for owner and was lied to about her where abouts. Then, I asked for someone who can solve this and was told «he just walked out for the day». I’ve got no opology for this and was never told it will be fixed. Eric, Dave Sheri, mike, nate and creative sounds are CROOKS be aware !!

Tried buying some clamps for lighting I got somewhere else and was told I should go back to the place i bought the lights from to ask any questions. Most of the people there are nice, but one in particular is a total donkey. Dude always talks to you like you are a freaking idiot. Dont think Ill be going back anytime soon. Sucks cause I actually like the place, but this was enough to keep me away.
