So convenient to have a great all around store so close. best gamestop on island. Chris who I believe is store manager gave my wife excellent recommendations for a few of my Christmas presents. He always is friendly along with the other staff and always has time for conversation. Not to mention remembering most of the time what we purchased and my name which goes along way. I hope I can get ranked like you soon enough ! Chris you run a great store thank you for the excellent service

Update to previous bad experience … After complaining to the main Gamestop Customer Service line the very next day, I immediately got a phone call from the manager at the Windward Mall Gamestop who was sooooo customer-​service oriented. Chris was excellent at resolving the issue and apologizing for the actions of the night manager. He was able to honor the price given on the «erroneous» price tag. More so, I wanted the night manager to know that he can’t treat customers that way. Then, when my husband went to pick up the game, he met up with James who was VERY good too! Thank you Chris, James, and Gamestop Customer Service for fixing this issue and more importantly, teaching my son a lesson about doing what’s right. MAHALO!!!

They have a good selection of games but when it comes to customer service, it sucks. I was purchasing a game and when I asked them if they had it, just by the look on their faces, it seems that they were judging me. When I was about to pay, I told them that my power up card has some money in it. They swiped it, it didn’t work. After 2 tries, the cashier just gave up. Didn’t even bother trying a different method. Never again will I buy anything from this Gamestop!

Whenever I go to the mall I always make it a habit to visit GameStop, and I must say The first thing I noticed is that this store seems kind of small compared to the others i’ve been to. That being said, even in spite of it’s smaller size the store has a lot of product, without feeling cluttered.
The customer service here is excellent with the cashier/​salesperson being very helpful. One thing I like about this store is if you buy a used game, they will at least show you the condition of the game disc first. None of the other stores did that, so extra points for them.
I like the store in spite of it’s smaller size and would definitely shop at this GameStop again.

This place sux, don’t go here they don’t know what there talking about. They sell used things as new. Most gamestop stores are like them. Their just dumb asses.

Best gamestop on the island of Oahu in my opinion. The customer service feels like they are passionate about video games and know what they are talking about, not like other Gamestops I’ve been to before on the island.

Great people that help me with all my Video game needs the staff are nerdy like me and I approve of it. They are a good crew and always do the best they can do.

Not a gamer either, but my hubby & kids love their Wii & Xbox 360 (with Kinect), so I’m forced to buy games, do trades and search the shelves. Customer service here is good, most of the people who work here know their stuff, so it’s helpful even when I don’t know exactly what I’m looking for. Sometimes a little disorganized, but most workers know where things are.
They no longer carry as much PC games, but that’s understandable do to lower sales in this area. Once in a while, there are still times when hubby likes to play games on his Alienware system.

I would not call my self a «gamer» but I do like to play video games when I can. This location is good. The employees always say hello or welcome when you walk in. they do check if you need help finding something. The only downside to this store is it is not very stroller friendly. Being that it’s in a mall with parents that shop with kids of all ages they should think about things like that.

I’m not a big gamer, actually I dont get into these game things at all. I have a short attention span and I have never been able to seriously get into playing video games. PS, XBOX, Wii and whatever else there is. I play with the kinect occasionally and I have drunk wii’d a few times, that was fun but I cant see myself doing it on a daily. Truthfully I came here to stalk nerds (Creeper Status) lol. Every single guy I have dated has been a gamer geek so i figured this is where the nerds hang out but sadly no geeks tonight :(. I did however attract a creeper guy which looked like a nerd half breed. Part nerd part psycho. He tried to talk to me about games and all the cool stuff i could get if i played. I have no idea wtf he was talking about all i knew is that he gave me the creeps. The guys that were working there tonight were nice and they offered to help me find whatever i was looking for and saved me from my awesome convo i had going with el creepo. I attract the weirdo’s and idk why? I’m pretty normal lol. Before I escaped the store, I observed the 2 workers giving great customer service to customer’s that were actually there to buy things :) Plus lot’s of gaming and PC options for all you gamer ppl. It seems to be a good store so if I was all into gaming I’d shop here. But till then I’ll just keep coming back for the nerds and do my best to avoid the psycho’s lol.
