I brought my car in for its three month oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I had an appointment at 12:00 but dropped my car off a little before 12. I didn’t get the call that my car was done until 3 hours later… I get into my car and I check to see when my next service is and they didn’t change my sticker. I have to call someone to change it for me. Two days after I had my services done my washer fluid for my wipers light goes on, low in fluid. I thought they top off everything and check that everything is full!!! Mind you the last service I did 3 months ago they didn’t reset the oil change light so I’ve been driving with that light on for months!!! I hope they get their s*** together or I’ll take my Lexus somewhere else! I live in Waianae but bring my car here since the Waianae location doesn’t do a good job. I hope I don’t have to go elsewhere

So, I came for a simple oil change its almost at the FIFTH HOUR waiting for it. I had an appointment at 8:30, came in at 8:15am it’s about 12 noon now and I still don’t have my vehicle. I’m here waiting as its POURING The mechanic responsible is Louis R., who seems to not care for his job but also takes his sweet ass time. I’ve heard from employees that managers don’t care the fact this particular employee comes late all the time either. HELL HES PROBABLY TRYING TO SEARCH MY CAR AND STEAL WHATEVER HE CAN. I know this location is convenient, but I know they are LOSING BUSINESS and this will be my LAST service here. I’m literally taking the time to review this «business «so you don’t waste your time. I’m not a person to complain especially when my personal items are involved. Reception employees are fantastic, outstanding people such as Julie or Tino, it’s unfortunate for them to deal with such lazy employers and co workers!

All i wanted to know is about how much it costs to do an ac recharge. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes. Then used another phone to call them again. Waited on both phones another 5 minutes. Then hung up. ZERO stars. But I guess I have to give at least one star to post this.

Customer service is terrible… It’s like they have too much business and turn you away… I had to wait 10 minutes because no one was at the front desk. Ridiculously poor service. Never again and recommend you go anywhere else…
All I needed was a flat repair and was willing to leave the tire. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to help me first the guy tells me they are backed up and they will get to it today or maybe at the end of tomorrow?!! WTF?
Went to Sears across the street and will pay less and it will be done in an hour. Quick fast and courteous service!
Snotty rude and ridiculous service at Goodyear Kaneohe… Go anywhere else!

Went in for an oil change and «Tino» was a terrible worker behind the counter! No greeting No nothing, just complete attitude from the get go! I ask can I get an oil change and right off the bat this guy says to me with a very poor attitude «were busy today, unless you like wait 3 – 4 hours make an appointment and come back another time». I look at him in shock and stated «wow what poor customer service skills you have» the other workers look at us and shakes there heads! It’s all about the first impression man! I left and went to Firestone 1 hour max and No appointment!!! That guy «Tino» is TERRIBLE!!! Spend your money elsewhere Goodyear needs better customer service workers in the front! Smh!!!

If this is the one by the Safeway Kaneohe, across from windward mall, then we had a Badddd first (and only) experience. My husband needed his oil change so we went here because of the convenient location for us. my husband went in and they told him it would be 30min-​2 hours because we didn’t make an appointment. Ok whatever, but what really pissed me off was that there were literally NO CARS IN THE SHOP and every single worker was sitting on their asses doing nothing. We left because I wasn’t staying, they never even called us. I will never go here.

This review is based upon my recent experience getting a blown out tire replaced & having them switch out spare & install it. I dropped off the tire last Fri morning, but was not able to get over to shop in time before closing, so I came in thing next (Sat) morning, per service mgr Tino, their guy would in 8am to install. I showed up on time next day, guy to install tire was delayed getting to work. Tino apologized & when I explained I can’t wait due to having a class to get to, offered me a discount when I come back in the afternoon to have them do the job. I came back at noon, took about ½ hr but got my tire on, got a discount, & all in all gotta say I was pleased with the result, no complaints & I feel like I was treated like an important customer.
Oh, & one last thing. I remember, years ago, when I used to work with my in-​laws & deliver papaya, my high truck would not start because battery went dead, in the parking lot near Goodyear. I went over to Goodyear for help, they have me their jumper box, I successfully jumped battery & got my truck going, asked the guy I handed the jumper box to how much I owed them, said no worry, no charge. So in spite of the negative reviews I see on here my comments are based my own experience with this shop, which is positive.

I felt like I was doing them a favor coming in to give them my business. Tino T is not the best customer service rep. I had thought I caught him on a bad day (sure we all have them) so I laughed seeing his name here too.
I brought in a coupon for a rotation. Didn’t happen as they said I needed 2 new tires instead/​first. Also no window sticker for a reminder on oil change — but that’s OK as I am not going back here.

DON’T GO THERE IF YOU DON’T HAVE AT LEAST 3 HOURS TO WAIT.
I went there for an oil change and safety check. I scheduled an apportionment for the oil change and arrived promptly on time. I was told I might have to wait an hour for the safety check guy to be on premises. Okay I can handle that so I walked around. I came back an hour later and the safety check guy was just finishing my car. Great I thought since I scheduled for my oil change first my car should be done. Nope. They hadn’t begun the oil change so the appointment I made was for no reason and yet more waste of my time. I then waited another hour. I have now spent two hours of my day waiting around for something that takes less an ½ an hour for both the oil change and safety check to be completed.
I then find out my insurance has expired so I can’t get my safety check sticker until I bring back a current card. Okay. So I leave, drive back to honolulu, get the card, and come back at 3:30. I was THEN told (not BEFORE) whoops the safety check guy leaves at 3 but I can come back the next day. I am now stuck in traffic for the next two hours coming back into Honolulu. So what should’ve taken an hour tops has now taken SIX hours of my day. Oh and the customer service worker they have at the front desk Tino could’ve told me the guy leaves for the day at 3. But no he just gave bad customer service to the next person in line.
Honestly it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an oil change place due to the ridiculous time waiting and the lack of customer service from Tino. Go someplace else or literally waste your whole day away. It’s your choice.
I look forward to a reply from the manager about the lack of customer service but it seems they don’t care either or the same problems being complained about 3 years ago would be fixed by now.

I had a flat tire and I could not get the last lug nut off; I came into Goodyear and they got it off fast, swapped my tire with the spare, and even put the original rim on (no charge for the rim swap). Thanks again for the life saver!

Gonna back up poor reviews for this place. «The Internet double booked your time slot» was the excuse for the 1.5 hour basic oil change. I was suckered by the 17 dollar special. You folks do know people can go pretty much anywhere and get faster service for an oil change.

My wife just went there for a safety check. Counter guy had a conniption and started swearing and mumbling about 3 – 4 hour wait and how he only had one inspector.
No– No– And No Again. I understand being understaffed and busy. Nothing wrong with saying– «Love to help you– but we are way busy and it would take 3 or 4 hours to get to you. I can suggest another location for you…» Instead she got treated like garbage.
Never go there– Never do business with them

The only reason I would go to Goodyear is for an oil change. For that you can’t beat the price when they have the coupon. My tired and true mechanic told me that. He said that straight up he can’t change the oil for that price. He TOLD me to go there. For anything else… run far away… far far away… Quality of work is not always great. I have had 5 quarts of oil flow out 10 minutes after an oil change. Not good. The worst thing… THEY ARE WAY overpriced. I highly recommend going to Ander’s Automotive just a mile or two away. He is fair and his prices are HALF of Goodyear. In addition wouldn’t you rather support our local businesses? Goodyear is a joke. If you aren’t getting an oil change don’t go here!
