Hawaiian Holy Smokes

So apparently these guys don’t care about loyal customers…
I been shopping here for a couple years now — the staff is great, the prices are decent, and the products are awesome. I decided I’d buy ALL my stuff here from now on. I always left happy and excited to try out my new stuff. I recently bought a gadget here for $ 500. Then I came back a couple days later to buy few accessories — spent another $ 266. I was so happy with my new set up — it worked perfectly. Until yesterday. The display on the unit started to malfunction. So I take it back, and they tell me the best they can do is 40% off of a new one! It’s only been three weeks, but I guess they only offer a one week warranty. I’m absolutely bummed. I spent a thousand bucks here in the last three months, but no more — I’m giving Pipeline another shot.
So my advice:
If you’re looking for papers or a cheap piece this is your place. If you’re planning on buying professional grade stuff — look elsewhere. Tell your friends too — I am.

Not the best smoke shop due to bad customer service and their very high prices. There were two other employees that were pretty good hence the two stars. However, the main girl who helped me was just way too cool to be there. She had a bad attitude and was extremely unhelpful. I wont go into detail about every occurrence, but one instance she told me I could not pay with a credit card because she already closed the total for that day. Luckily the other employee came in to say that we could run it now and «post it» the next morning. I recommend to keep looking. I’m sure there’s a better smoke shop around!

I’ve been here a few times. The ambiance of this place puts me on edge. The workers seem uptight and unhelpful. I’d rather go to pipeline. Much better service and way more laid back atmosphere like a head shop should be.

So for about the last two weeks or so I have been busy with kids from morning till night. My friend hopped out a window and instead of landing on her feet she landed on her knee’s and face. One of her kids locked the door to her room and wouldnt open it so she got upset and took the screen off, climbed in. unlocked the door but instead of going out the door she just unlocked she decided hopping out the window was a better option. Idk what kind of pocho she is but she managed to eat it hardcore out the window. She’s 5’9 and the window is barely 3 feet tall, needless to say we ended up taking her to Castle Hospital emergency and they said she tore her ACL so fml we’ve been on child care duty with her morning till night. I inherited a 3year old that is absolutely nuts and she clings to me every second she’s with me. From having no kids to being around 3 of them practically all day, it’s pretty draining not to mention my bf is a pigglette and he leaves all his laundry at my house so yay me i get to clean up after another kid, plus I got a ridiculous person texting me pics of his penis after I told him to stop .tmi? lol. It’s just been crazy lately and I needed something relaxing to ease the tension of life so I decided that I’m gonna fricken Hookah it up! Nothing illegal just shisha… I dont do the other herbals unless it’s accidental lol i kid i kid. just say no to drugs!
I have two hotpink hookah’s & the shisha so all i needed was the screen and coals. I noticed Hawaiian Holy Smokes shop last week when I was coming home from windward mall so i decided to check it out on Sunday. It’s located right next to Pah Ke’s chinese restaurant in Kaneohe. It’s pretty noticeable and if you know where Pah Ke’s is, you cant miss it.
The place is clean and loaded with «tobacco» paraphernalia lol. I wasn’t in there for more than ten minutes but i noticed they sell alot of things. From Apparel to bubble bags. Blunt wraps, Hookah’s, glass and acrylic pipes, water bongs etc. It’s like a one stop shop for a herbalistic person, nicer than saying pothead right lol.
The prices are not too bad and the selection was vast. We were greeted upon entering and the customer service provided was great. I got what i came for and wasn’t harassed to purchase anything else unlike at other places and I appreciated that.
I would definitely come back again. Nice store and friendly workers.
Next time life is stressing you out and you got crazy people meddling in your life. Turn to the Hookah and woohhhsahh. It totally helped and the shisha is tobacco free molasses so it’s all good lol.
