Jack In The Box

RUDE AND INCOMPETENT.
I always come here, I’ve probably given this store over $ 10,000 of business in the past 20 years. Today was the worst!
1) The screen wasn’t working. It said «SYSTEM ERROR.» I tried ordering for 2 minutes, but silence. So I drove forward because the line was building up behind me. When I got to the window, they lady started yelling at me and arguing with me for driving forward. I tried to explain that it said error, but she didn’t listen, she just wanted to yell really loudly how I am WRONG!
2) They took my order at the window, and they messed it up. I ordered and paid for 2X buttermilk sauce, and she didn’t give it to me.
3) I ordered the Portuguese sausage platter and it normally has 4 pieces, but this time only 3. Either they recently made this change while raising the price, OR they screwed up again!
4) I would of caught the buttermilk sauce omission, but the lady yelled at me again, «Hurry UP! Over 7 minutes already!» So I was pressured to drive away quickly.
5) I was going to call the hotline to report her, but she purposely did not give me my receipt. I ordered $ 15 and they always give me a receipt, but she did not and rushed me to drive off.
Just because she’s having a bad day, it doesn’t mean she has to pass it off to me. While stealing my buttermilk sauce which I paid for and my Portuguese sausage!!!

Since we went so late, the service was great. Got our food and quickly went on our way. We tried the new (new to us) Buttery Jack with Portobello mushrooms and it was delicious! So juicy and the garlic herb butter, mean!
The only downfall to this JITB location is the small space its in and 4 parking stalls.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The girl working the drive through was the rudest human I have ever had to talk with.

I like jack in the box i really do but this location is terrible. First off they false advertise the price of the munchie meal not to bad of a price difference but that was just the start. The young girl at the drive through window needs to check her attitude seriously if you hade your job that much quit! I ordered a bacon ultimate meal and it looked like my hamburger had been ripped apart and they just threw it together. On top of that i swear they used a whole bottle of mustard and just drenched my messed up sandwich. This wasn’t my first bad experience there but i keep going back thinking it’ll change. No it didn’t however it was the last time i went there and haven’t gone back since. Something needs to be done they need to stop hiring lazy people who hate their lives to work in the customer service jobs! Seriously jack wtf get with it!!!

Found a half eaten chicken nugget in the kids meal. DISGUSTING!!! People working there are rude and the place is dirty. Returned the food and will never come back. Beware!

I just went thru the drive thru and the girl working the window was so very rude and very impolite, when she handed me my order she says” here” in did not get a receipt, wow i know it is late but come on Jack where is the customer service

This location is located on Kamehameha Highway in Kaneohe on the way to Windward mall, Kaneohe Bay Shopping center/​plaza, etc. It is a fairly small/​moderate sized Jacks. There is a decent amount of parking if you want to dine in and eat but not a lot. There is also a decent amount of table and seating areas if you dine and eat. Once you enter, you can go ahead and order since the counter is right in front of you. The staff and customer service is alright. It is pretty much like your typical fast food restaurant style ordering. I think this is the only Jacks in the windward side so enjoy it. There are many other surrounding fast foods joints in the area too like Burger King, Taco/​Bell Pizza Hut too so it makes me wonder how they do in regards to competition and stuff. Anyways not sure what else to say about this Jacks. I do not live in the windward side so I can just say from a couple of visits.

I keep telling myself I am not going to eat fast food and then suddenly I find myself in a drive through. Not sure how I got there but must be auto pilot. I realized today at about 2 pm I missed breakfast and lunch so took a drive and of course came upon Jack in the Box. I cannot remember the last time I ate here so thought why not. I got a buttery bacon cheese burger. It was steaming hot when I got home and very fresh. I was actually surprised about the size of the burger as many places have shrunk their burgers to silver dollar size but not this one. It actually hung off the bun.
Overall a good meal for fast food.

I haven’t gone inside to eat in a long time. We mostly drive thru. The previous times I’ve gone in, the interior was not very clean looking. The drive thru lines can get long at times but it usually moves at a steady pace. The speakers sometimes have really bad static making it difficult to understand. The staff are usually friendly and we’ve never had a problem with customer service. This is one place where our orders have been consistently correct. We’ve never had missing food or a wrong order. They also put the correct condiment and utensils in the bag along with lots of napkins. I also appreciate that they wipe the sides of the drink if it leaked while they were making it. They don’t just hand you a sticky cup that will get your car sticky or dirty. They frequently have coupons in the Midweek so those make for great deals.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at the Kaneohe JnB (drive-​through) yesterday (5÷28÷14) for my aunt and 10 – 15 minutes after eating ½ of her sandwich she began to feel very nauseated with threw up… she almost called 9−1−1 but after throwing up a 2^nd time, she felt some relief. I had ordered Blazin Chicken sandwich for myself and although it was disappointing (limp lettuce and ends of tomato and just way too much sauce — so unlike what they advertisme), I didn’t get sick.
I called the next day to report this to the manager and was also curious to see if anyone else had called in about food poisoning. After speaking to the manager (Melba) and explaining what happened, she had the nerve to suggest that it may not have been food poisoning because it takes about 24 hours before the symptoms show… WHAT??! She apologized for what happened but simply said that she has to fill out a report and took my name and number and that was it.
I hope people reading this will think twice before visiting this JnB location… judging from the other reviews, it seems the management there is not stepping up to improve the quality of their food. I’ve been to other locations like the one in Waipio and the food there is so much better. Food poisoning is NOT fun.

Customer Service is very Bad! The Air Condition in the dining room is miserably Hot at 78 degrees. Seriously WTF! That is Unacceptable and Food Spoilage happens when it is in that danger zone. Restroom is Unsanitary. They don’t maintain their cleanliness of their restrooms. I saw some unhappy customers. Plus I also heard and witnessed complaints from walk in customers about their service. The Manager was very rude he was a short fair Asian skin. He was unprofessional about the issue and did Not due anything to handle this. My advice, Don’t go because I’m Not going here ever.

I have updated my review due to the fact that I got a call from what I assume was the manager. After bringing up my disappointment I was called (not 48 hours later) and very politely and with sincerity was told that I would be reimbursed. I have never had an issue with the customer service and was told that the issue with the quality of food would be addressed. I gave 4 stars because I have yet to go back but I do intend to return in hopes that the quality improves. Thank you for the professionalism and we will see you soon!

Dine in only if you wanna lose your appetite. Super ghetto/​filthy/​grimy/​stained/​roachy/​broken jacks… and thats not counting the bathroom. Seen a tweaker run in midday yelling obscenities and then locking himself in the bathroom. Cashier didn’t even bat an eye. It was like «Norm» from the series «Cheers» had just walked in. I appreciate crazy as much as the next person but not 5 ft from the food. Luckily I was grabbing the boss’s food. Bön appetit.

Rude service! Do not come here if you’re craving jack in the box. It’s somewhat true «we don’t make it ’til you order it!» Should be «we don’t make it even if you order it!»

Went here cause I was craving a sourdough jack. They say they don’t make it till you order it, my sandwich was cold. :(. I don’t live far from the restaurant I don’t think it would turn cold by the time I got to eat it. I ordered my sandwich with onion rings instead of fries and I remember it being so much better before. Kinda disappointed

Yea, it’s jack in the box…
But the fries tasted like they were 3 days old. The ultimate burger had nothing ultimate to offer, as it tasted burnt and 3 days old as well, not to mention I had it around 4 and not too long ago… It came rushing out. Made my stomach sick. And the root beer was nothing more than water with some carbonation. Thanks Jack…

Compared to all the other Jack’s I like this the best. I’ve never been inside of the restaurant, I only go in the drive-​thru. The staff is always very friendly and easy to understand. There’s one staff member (don’t know his name) that goes out of his way to provide such excellent service that you wouldn’t expect to get at a fast food place.
Sometimes our order is incorrect, but we just call and they give us what was missing on our next trip. Love the food, I think i’m addicted. It seems prices are increasing, but then again so is everything else in this world. Love that they sell all of their menu items at all times of the day.

The staff are always really nice, not the usual, rude, get the hell off my box, type.
The only downside i see is the parking lot and small drive thru! I read one review stating not to go in and order, totally true! Drive thru is slow but the inside moves like molasses!

I will never eat at this Jack in a Box again. Last time I went here there was a really long line at the drive thru so I opted to go in and order hoping it would be faster. DONT DO IT!
It took literally 30 minutes to get my food. Meanwhile I see car by car by car going through the drive thru promptly getting their food.
There is an actual timer which times from the moment you make your order in the drive thru to the time you drive away so they make sure that is quick. There is no such timer for dine in so they treat your food like a «when we get to it» item. No rush.
I was pissed by the time I left. If I was pissed I can only imagine how the guy who ordered after me felt. He ordered right after me and only wanted 2 tacos. He didn’t get his food til after me. Seriously? 30 minutes for 2 tacos? I would have just left if I were him.

Once, they were jack hammering at 1am in the morning… Who does that? I guess it’s better then doing it in the middle of the day and annoying their customers…
This jack’s is usually really good. Only on rare occasions do they ever get our order wrong, and they always fix it if they do. The workers here are always friendly, even if you decide to drive through at crazy hours of the night.
The food is made quickly and I think out of all the locations I’ve been to, I’ve never had an issue with the rice in the teri bowl being undercooked, or the fries being stale, etc… They’re usually pretty on it.
