Kaneohe District Park is an awesome park for the whole family. It’s big, it has tons of parking, is(mostly) clean, and is easily accessible. I spent so much time here as a kid for sports and just hanging out. It does rain more in Kaneohe than in some other parts of the island(I actually love the rain and the cool trade winds) but it can get really sunny and hot too. Checklist: –tennis courts –playground equipment(same as all the other parks but, here, it’s not broken yet) –skatepark –big open fields(used for baseball, football, soccer, etc.) –Olympic sized swimming pool –kiddie pool –outdoor and indoor basketball/volleyball courts –rec rooms for various activity they offer here throughout the year –bathrooms –lots of parking! I do wish they would get a better playground with more interesting things to do. I’m not complaining though. It’s operational and we have been to parks where everything is broken so, we’re still grateful for this one :)

This park has a tennis court, a basketball court, a skate park, a swimming pool, and large open fields to go running around in. There is a judicial court across the street toward the swimming pool, and the community college is is right up the road. The hours of operation of this park are 12am to 12pm Monday through Sunday pacific standard time.

Played a lot of matches here at the tennis courts and pick-up basketball games accross the street in the gym. Even played some indoor racketball when it was still a growing sport(not sure if the courts still exist.) Also participated on team softball games at one time. How nice it was to be young(sigh…) This park has just about all that you’d expect from a community center. With a baseball field, soccer fields, gym, swimming pool and even a skate park. But there is still one small thing left on my wish list. There is still no practice wall at the tennis courts. A practice wall would be great when you have those long waits for an open court, warming up before a match or even for those lonely times when you can’t find anyone to play with. Maybe there would be funds for a practice wall if someone monitored those night lights which a lot of times are left on with no one in sight.

They have soccer fields, baseball fields, a skate park, and tennis courts here. Across the street there is a gym. Used to play soccer here when I was little and it always rained, then I started playing church softball here and it still always rains. I guess if you can catch this park in the sun it would be a really good one. Lighting at night is sketchy since there is not to much of it. Parking lot’s are really dark.
