The skatepark is located in the Kaneohe District Park. It’s a nice, clean, medium-sized skate area for kids and adults to enjoy. There is a good amount of flat space(as mentioned in another review) with a couple ramps, steps, and rails for fun. A decent bathroom is right next to it and there is plenty of parking. The kids here are respectful of each other’s presence and get along fairly well, although, as a parent, it would probably make me less nervous if they all wore helmets ;-)

Skateboarding is fun. I like skateboarding, cause it is my favorite hobby to do. I started to skate, when I was 9 years old. I started to go skateboarding for 8 years. When I was 9, my old skills trainer Tom Handson taught me how to skateboard. When I was in 13, I was trying to do an bank drop on my board and fell down and broke my left ankle at the skatepark. My friend Nainoah carried me to the car and my mom drove me back home. My parents took me to the hospital for my left ankle. Mom and dad drive me back home. When I was resting and my left ankle felt super pain, I started to cry. I rested my left ankle for 6 months. When my left ankle felt almost better, my mom took me to the therapy for my left ankle. At the therapy, the doctor help me to exercise my ankle to make it better. When my left ankle felt better, I started to skateboard again.

Kaneohe skatepark is a nice place to skate. Plenty of parking and the obstacles are not to scary. Good place for beginning skaters. Lots of flatground as well.
