I drive past this place daily but decided to stop for lunch a couple days ago. It was around lunch time and it was pretty busy… a good sign! The spicy pork was excellent and the sides were good as well. I am looking forward to trying the special on the next trip! Cash only!

I have been coming here for years. The owner is super nice and the prices are good. The food is super tasty! They do spam musubi with a crispy spam and sticky yummy rice. You really can’t beat the prices!

Been coming to this greasy spoon for more than 20 years. Love it! Place is small and not fancy in any way shape or form. Portuguese sausage eggs and rice ah to be home!

This is a great little local spot! Tucked in on the side of a liquor store. They have quite a big menu for such a small place. I’ve tried most things on the menu over the years and everything is good and made fresh. Fried rice breakfast is pretty amazing. Get the portuguese sausage… they hoook it up! Portions are big… prices are pretty low. But remember this is cash only!

It’s cool, it’s small, it’s chill… it’s P&L. I like that this place is the size it is, the location it is, and the authentic feel of the Korean food. It’s literally run by 2 people probably all day. The main Korean lady, and her chef. The meats are made to order and it’s very good. I got the meat jun(which is my fav) and my mom got the BBQ chicken. Both plates were very generous. The meat jun was great! I liked it a lot. No complaints there. & as normal, the plates came with side dishes(ban chan). It was a really pleasant experience. I love Korean fast food/casual diners like this. I wish they had these here in SF! We ordered there, it took maybe 15 – 20 min for the food to be cooked and we decided to sit at their 4 seat counter and eat there. I feel like most people probably order to-go from this place since it’s so tiny. But I didn’t mind eating in since it was just my mom and I. I would for sure come back whenever I get to go back home. The meat jun is on point.

This place definitely doesn’t earn its stars for visual appeal. P & L is located off of Kaneohe Bay Drive next to a liquor store. Parking is available in the back. The place itself is a bit run down looking and is a no frills kind of joint. It is more of a grab-n-go place since there are only a few counter seats available. I’ll be honest, I haven’t tried much of the menu. In fact, I’ve only eaten one thing on their menu… the BENTO. Let me tell you, after eating their bento it is instant kanack attack for me. The bento consists of a bed of rice with a piece each of spam, BBQ chicken, BBQ meat, and fried egg. There is also a side of bean sprouts, Taegu, and takuan. The bento doesn’t seem like anything special, but it hits the spot. The reason I haven’t tried anything else on the menu is because I just enjoy this bento so much. I’d recommend this spot for people looking for a place they haven’t tried yet in Kaneohe.

Reasonable prices, good portion sizes, homemade kimchee and taegu, and no MSG. Try the P&L special for lunch.

Place is the bomb. Meat jun is the best there. Always take care of customers.

i stick to the meat jun mandoo combo plate. the spicy chicken is also good. not too spicy but has good flavor. this place might actually be better known for their breakfast.
